衞生:前一天客人用的安全套包裝還在牀頭櫃旁邊，打電話給前台小姐姐説要和主管反饋，一直沒有等到反饋意見，凌晨12點半左右前台送上來小禮物，我想着就算了，我和朋友一年在這裏住的不少，一直兩點退房，今天12點50打電話讓我退房了，感覺這個服務不敢恭維！小禮物已返還酒店前台。

第一次到衢州住宿，所有的體驗感都被這家酒店拉低了，首先，停車是停在其他酒店的停車場，找了半天，這都無所謂，關鍵是房間衞生堪憂，一進門房間就極度悶熱，不通風，空調居然衹有熱風，問客服他説讓我開窗户涼快涼快！可是窗户釘死了打開的空隙特別小！一晚上熱的睡不着，房間悶的讓人不舒服！！！！！廁所換氣扇也是壞的！浴室一股騷味！！！！衞生也太差了，糟糕透了！！！！！！

贈品一個都沒有，還有蟲子，叫人處理硬生生等了兩個小時，後面換的房間是人住過的，地上紙巾垃圾都有，還有安全套，要不是第二天還要開車，根本不想睡

房間還行，停車免費，還可以充電，牙杯喝水的都是一次性的用保鮮膜套着的，比較好，但是真的一點隔音都沒有哎，雖然住的高，但是玻璃貌似單層的，就感覺是開窗的一樣，隔壁住了一個夜貓子，半夜十二點點外賣不停的説話，沒休息好，服務還可以的

太糟糕了……春節出遊定了這家酒店，衞生很糟糕…馬桶有很重的下水道異味……裝修是老式裝修風格，隔音很差，晚上睡覺滲得慌…太可怕了……洗澡水特別特別小，拖鞋跟紙一樣薄，燈搖搖欲墜，上面都是灰塵，還有好幾個不亮了，浴缸不敢用，優勢是距離國金比較近，作孽
