客房電話居然沒接線，是個擺設，温泉服務和客房服務各是各的，温泉客服拒絕為客房客人服務，態度還不好，夜宵結束得早，周邊又偏僻，要開車30分鐘以才能買到吃的，比較失望！雖然客房為表示歉意，送了小禮品，還是希望酒店有改善！

温泉很舒服，120-140的孩子需要購買小童票，週末價格68元，入住期間不限次數使用。房間面積可以，隔音一般、空調製熱一般，各項設施維護的還可以。枕頭太軟了，配一個硬枕頭會更好。泡池的水很乾凈，早上看到工作人員在清理池子，泡起來放心。沒在酒店用餐，到石寶山飯店吃到了正宗的辣子雞。酒店自助早餐還行，總的來説性價比可以，會推薦給朋友的。

設施：老牌酒店，設施老舊了些，有些功能不能用
衞生：還可以，沒有眼見的污漬，也沒有異味
環境：園林式景觀，相當不錯
服務：所有服務員小姐姐都很好，有任何問題都可以問，有任何要求都可以提，我提出的都解決了
雙人麒麟園林温泉票:温泉池不多，但環境不錯
午餐:配餐，味道不錯，吃不完呀！
晚餐:自助餐，味道不錯品種多！

設施：房間設施年代久遠，看得出來是很久沒有翻新了，電視機也是老的不行；隔音效果不好，清晨房外的動靜聽得一清二楚，衞生間的窗户是不可關閉的，清早工人走動的聲音聽得很明顯，睡得不踏實。温泉設施還可以，但房間裏的浴缸泡池，按鍵都是壞的，用不了，衹能純泡。
衞生：衞生條件總體還可以，但房間浴缸感覺清洗的不夠乾淨，但感覺整體有灰塵，不夠清凈。
環境：環境很好了，門口是幾個獨立的小泡池，單獨給vip湯屋客人使用的，水明顯比公共泡池乾淨很多，整體特色泡池還是比較豐富的，有薰衣草、牛奶、中葯池等。
服務：含4餐這點比較好，就是在吃在泡，吃的總體還可以，就是飲品種類少。
總體其實還可以，房間翻新一下會更好

定了588一晚的房間，浴缸按摩是壞的，房間的窗户對着半米寬的走廊，黑乎乎的跟沒窗户一樣。電視還沒有我公司電腦顯示屏大，跟windows98的顯示屏一樣迷你，空調是最老式的，吹起來咔咔響，30度吹出了涼風？？？花灑是壞的，淋浴間缺扇玻璃，洗澡水嘩嘩往外濺，到處都是破破爛爛臟臟的樣子。午餐晚餐是配餐，説白了就是後廚剩下什麼給你上什麼，沒有菜單，那個菜上來温吞吞的，是不是剩菜就不計較了，問題是不好吃，一點沒動，最後讓服務員給打包點米糕，就給我拿了兩小塊，兩小塊？？兩個成年人真的會謝。還不情不願地説沒有了，讓我們湊合一下，結果轉身就給後面的客人上了一盤米糕。這都不算什麼，吃完飯當天晚上，我們拉了一宿的肚子！！！本來是想全打一星的，但是前台小姐姐的服務態度很好，是唯一一點值得欣慰的，總體差評，不推薦周圍人來，自己也不會再來。
