The environment is great, located in the heart of Queenstown, you can walk to various nearby attractions. The hotel facilities are very complete, and the mountain and lake views are highly recommended!

If you stay for multiple days, you have to rely more on yourself for cleaning. I feel that there is a shortage of manpower. The cleaning service can be slightly improved and it will be more efficient. The location is indeed quite convenient.
