民宿位置非常優越，處在古城中心，出去玩很方便，老闆考慮也很周到，在辦理入住的時候發了很多方面的攻略，也有去體驗一部分，確實很不錯！店裡養了四衹貓，都特別可愛，很親人！老闆有求必應，也盡心盡責！
唯一不好的一點就是衞生不是很好，衞生可以説有點糟糕，雖然老闆有求必應，但是問題多了總是叫老闆來也會讓我覺得很不舒服，有些地方我本默認是打掃衞生肯定會打掃到的點，尤其是廁所的地面和下水道，廁所的地面是第一天使用衞生間的時候就發現地面有一些不知道什麼時候留下來的一次性牙膏的蓋子，如此明顯的垃圾不知為何沒有清理掉，當時發現已經比較晚了也就覺得算了，可能是忘記了，第二天再説吧，而且衞生間的水龍頭、水池也不是很乾凈，馬桶旁邊有一卷濕透的紙巾，浴簾也比較臟，洗澡都要小心翼翼，我們住兩天，所以第二天給老闆説了需要清理，負責衞生的阿姨依舊沒有清理衞生間地面上不知何時留下的垃圾，馬桶旁邊那一卷紙依舊躺在那裡，洗澡區的出水口堵着的頭髮也沒有清理，連床邊地上的那麼多明顯的頭髮都沒有掃掉，説實話每天我們玩的很晚回來，已經很累了，不想再去聯繫老闆清理這麼多衞生問題。反正衞生方面實在一言難盡，要來的朋友綜合考慮一下叭，對衞生要求高的尤其慎重。

位置：
位置真的沒話説，在樓頂天台還能看到東西兩
塔，到西街衹要5分鐘，距離最近熱播劇裏主人公莊潔的家也很近，附近很多咖啡廳和有趣的店。
性價比：
為了看蔡依林Q演唱會定的，又碰到五一，日常200-300的價格直接翻了2，3倍，有點肉疼。
服務：
老闆還是挺熱情的，有問題及時處理，還發了景點、美食的攻略。店裡的4位貓店員也是很有責任心，讓人賓至如歸，但是如果不喜歡貓不建議來這家入住。
房間設施：
民宿內部、房間整體有很多破損需要修復，比如房間一些裝飾畫已經壞了隨意擺在地上落灰、燈具開關不是很靈光、傢俱地板出現磕碰傷痕等等不影響居住，就是看得有些膈應。
衞生：
還算過得去。

民宿很乾凈，原木色的整體感覺很温馨。
老闆很周到，提供了詳細的泉州攻略。
位置方便，還有可愛的小貓，好評推薦。

位置在古城內，去西街、鐘樓、開元寺等景點都很方便，步行幾百米可到附近公交站；
民宿頂層可以直接看到開元寺東西塔，視野很開闊；
複式單人間房間相當於是單人間的青旅，上床下桌，空間不大但設施齊全，住起來也還算舒服，總體來説體驗不錯；

房間沒得説咱就睡二晚而且價格也不貴，就是設施差一點點公共衞浴介意的就別去，老闆人東北人實在養了三衹貓二衹狗，喜歡擼貓的可以，老闆會把各種攻略發給你而且西街的景點離住宿的地方也不遠能讓你避坑，下次過來還選擇他家。

第二次入住了體驗感受都很棒，尤其位置特別好不管去西街還是步行街都非常近步行都衹要幾分鐘時間，但又沒有西街的嘈雜整體環境還是非常安靜的可以很好放鬆休息。老闆很熱情，民宿還有幾衹貓貓w非常可愛～雖然看到他們的時候幾乎都在睡覺哈哈。泉州非常好吃好玩，下次再來泉州還是會選擇這家民宿

老闆夫婦 人都超好，老闆很細心 細緻.都會幫助遊玩建議規劃；辦理入住時還給升級了房，特別感謝！
住宿也很舒服，離西街很近。
