Great hotel with an amazing view to the lake and great breakfast. The service is very good, clean and beautiful. There is plenty to do around the hotel too, which is very nice.

五一臨時決定來九華山旅遊，入住的九華山四季永逸大酒店。酒店環境好，服務好。由於行程比較緊，衹有半天來遊玩，前台小姐姐很熱心的推薦了景點。吃好晚飯回房間，開門時發現房卡拿成了取電卡，正好碰到客房服務員楊霞小姐姐正在夜房服務，很專業的和前台核對了我的訊息，幫我打開了房門，很感謝她的服務。

雖説是標的五星酒店，環境真的很一般。房間夠大，但是衞生很差。洗澡的時候才發現淋浴間地上有煙頭，毛巾也是破破爛爛發黃的，而且浴室漏水，直接漫到馬桶旁邊。房間隔音差的不行，外面講話聲音一清二楚。床也非常硬，睡的後半夜能聞到枕頭裡的煙味。這個酒店應該是跟旅行社合作的酒店，不知道是不是這個原因服務人員態度很冷漠。詢問前台能否讓酒店工作人員把外賣送上來答覆不可以，衹能自己下去拿。這不是一個五星級酒店服務人員應有的服務水平，總之體驗感很差！

服務很貼心，還在外面玩的時候汪錦程已經聯繫我們，知道我們是一家三口，還貼心的送了一份早餐。入住體驗一如既往的好，汪經理又貼心的送了礦泉水和小童牙刷。早餐也不錯，下次來還會選擇！
