評價低分是對“免費升級權益”的不贊同，預訂時顯示鉑金會員權益有“房型升級，價值220”。但辦理入住時前台告知已升級，升級到3樓但房型不變。
問題1：同一房型就算不升級住客也有選擇樓層的權利；
問題2：鉑金會員權益明確記錄為“房型升級且價值220元”，何為房型升級？請酒店好好評估理解。且同一房型衹是樓層換到3樓能價值220元？按照原付的房費204，加上升級權益價值220，相當於424元，考慮住貴酒店商務單間無問題

性價比高！離九華山景區不遠，正規酒店感覺比民宿還是好一些，管理規範，房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適乾淨，衞生間也大，晚上睡眠也很安靜。很大的免費停車場，酒店附近購物吃飯都很方便的。特別是前台接待熱情周到的服務很感謝！

雖然是一家老酒店，但是去年重新裝修了，環境優雅，舒適，衞生乾淨，服務貼心，早上沒來的及吃，前台送了小禮品吃的喝的帶路上了，推薦
