Staff was friendly and able to assist us in English. The room had a wonderful view of the ocean and a portion of Laoshan. We could also see many fireworks being set off on the beach during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety. The in house restaurant Dong Hai 88 offered generous portion at a good price. Unfortunately the in house bar, BEBA, was closed.

The gym is very nice and the equipments are professional, I can’t open the room door after check in, Go N Back between the room and lobby With my heavy bags for twice.Be honesty, the front desk girl should listen to the guy with eyeglasses(he might be the front desk manager … knows what is service ).
