1. The location is good, opposite to the shopping mall. 2. The hotel facilities are too old, and it is easy to lose money when the toilet door collides with the bathroom glass door. 3. There is no mosquito repellent water in the room. There are many mosquitoes at night. I didn’t sleep all night. I went to the front desk in the middle of the night to ask for a potion. I was told that there was no one on duty in the room at night. I was given a bottle of insecticide. I don’t know whether it is killing insects or killing people. 4. There is a lot of luggage at check-in, so I found a cart by myself, and the whole process is self-service, and no one cares. 5. There are few breakfast dishes and the taste is not good. 6. The quilt is too hard, like a wooden board. 7. Come to check in at 15:00 and tell that the room has not been cleaned. The 8-day trip to Shandong, the worst accommodation experience.

Booked one night for parents and children, and used the room type upgrade rights of Ctrip members when booking. The next day we rushed to Qingdao to pick up the women who had checked out and left. When we chatted and looked at the photos together, we realized that the room type had not been upgraded. I regret it) The old people don’t understand this, and they are over 70. I feel very guilty: because I was on the plane when they checked in, and I trusted the hotel and Ctrip so I didn’t confirm with the hotel repeatedly, and I won’t do it in the future. Let me share my experience to remind everyone: don’t trust this hotel too much. When booking for family and friends, especially the elderly, you need to confirm with them repeatedly, so as to avoid being affected by the "small mistakes" of the hotel staff from affecting your travel mood .

Don't book a house on the 8th floor. It's too depressing. You can't tell from the pictures. The external facilities are also old. You'll only stay for one night.

酒店大堂和客房寬敞明亮，室內乾淨整潔，床單被罩枕頭衞生潔凈，洗漱用品齊全，早餐豐富可口，老少皆宜，餐廳服務員禮貌待客。門口停車場車位較多，隨時可以使用。大堂接待員小帥哥微笑服務，熱情周到，其他工作人員也都很不錯，另外酒店還贈送了一瓶紅酒，並在房間備好了小點心和飲料。酒店對客户的熱情服務，讓我心裏十分舒坦，下次還會再來光顧的。
