The rooms are comfortable and practical, reasonably furnished, clean and hygienic, and spacious, but the breakfast quality is a bit poor, the noodles in the soup are not cooked, and the boiled tea and egg whites are out of wood.

地理位置優越，房間也夠大，酒店衞生服務也很好，早餐還行，酒店點歺菜品擺盤口感都不錯，初到祁門在前台問一下方便出行的車及介紹祁門紅茶的有關地方，一問都不知，做為祁門縣的形象酒店缺失了一些。

國慶期間在該酒店辦理6間均有兩份成人早餐配備的房間，1米2以下的孩子是免費的（據説是一間房衹能帶一個，但是官網未説明，我也不想深究，就當是這樣吧）。我們隨性有兩個剛上一年級的孩子，一個未到1米2，一個剛過一米二。早餐用餐時，因為退房兩個孩子都與本人一同提前去用餐，但戴人霞主管不聽客人説話，執意説兩個孩子是一個房間的，一定讓繳費20元，我與通行的另外一個房間的成人均已説明我們有六間房，並説出了房間號，該主管均不聽，執意需要繳費20元，不然不讓孩子吃飯。爭執無果，我們一個大人先行離開把份額讓給了這個一年級的小朋友，我們以為事情就結束了，沒想到戴主管不依不饒，嘴巴不停，跑到我們桌邊出言不遜，一直到我們用餐結束。經理聽聞我們有爭執，瞭解後讓她道歉，結果態度極度敷衍，説“好好好，對不起，行了吧。”敢問這些滿足一個服務人員的操守嗎，如果説這樣的人都能勝任一個四星級酒店的主管，難道不是官僚主義的腐蝕嗎，究竟是什麼讓她如此肆無忌憚的？一下子就對祁門這個美麗的地方失望了。我們這邊有錄音及視頻證據，並沒有選擇去曝光，是因為覺得做人留一線，我們衹希望酒店方可以妥善解決，不要讓遊客寒了心。

應該是祁門比較好的酒店了，出差路過來住。但已經很多年未見還要收按金的酒店，早上退按金很慢，説即刻原路返還的，實際上站那十幾分鍾都沒退成功，前台還拿我手機看，説應該到了，我不停刷新也沒收到錢，又説退到啥零錢通了什麼的。我難道要昧你這三百元？沒到就是沒到。後來因為我們趕時間，讓我們先走了，拿了酒店的名片。半路酒店加了我微信退給我了，也沒一句解釋。
