Very complete, fantastic facilities and a very safe and comfortable environment. Good entertainment, shops and the possibility of contracting a wide range of excursions and activities.

The room was large, clean, and well appointed. The air-conditioning in the room was a bit outdated, with a knob to turn it up or down rather than a true thermostat. This made it hard to regulate the temperature, particularly at night. I was pleased with the buffetts. While the food was good, the drink service was poor, so I would suggest that if they cannot hire more or better staff that they give a self-serve option for water, coffee, tea, and perhaps even beer and wine. My main other suggestion would be to be more aggressive against the practice of saving chairs at the beach and pool as most cruise ships, and some other resorts, do.

The beds were hard and not comfortable the ceiling fan didn’t work nor did the phones. There was not much entertainment. The food was horrible.

The service was lacking in all areas. Need more training. Food and drinks were all watered down. From my understanding talking to other travelers staying at other hotels this is an issue in all the resorts in Punta Cana.

Property was good looking but cleanliness was terrible. When I got to the room, there were dead mosquitoes filled with blood from other guests on the walls. This is insane. The amount of bugs was out of control. Won’t stay in the hotel again and won’t recommend for others to stay

Wi-Fi is not great here and some rooms are not in the best condition. Ours was infested with mosquitoes as well. Bring bug spray
