The room is very clean, the facilities are new, the environment is great, the elevator is fast, the breakfast is rich, the two ladies at the front desk are very beautiful and the service is great. On the first day of visiting Puning, this hotel gave me many small surprises and answered my questions very quickly. Next time I come to Puning, I will choose this hotel again.

The room space is okay, but the executive twin room booked has no view. There are too few food choices for breakfast. However, there is a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating.

The hotel is on the upper floor of the mall, but the elevator does not accept credit cards. People who go to the mall and the gym on the top floor take this elevator, and it is always crowded. In addition, the hotel put a flyer in the room, saying that merchants downstairs can get discounts with hotel vouchers. Before going, I called the front desk and got the hotel voucher. As a result, after eating at the "Kowloon Tea House", the waiter said that there was no such activity. I called the hotel front desk and they said they didn't know either. I was so angry. Later, I had a quarrel with them, and then I said to report it to the upper level and asked. The result was that the cooperation was discussed with the restaurant manager, and the manager resigned, and the activity was not communicated. I really thanked him. Then the hotel did not compensate at all, as if this matter had nothing to do with them.
