This is the city center. Hotel's swimming pool and right in front of the hotel
There are many things to see, including sandy beaches, walking trails, etc.

Lovely hotel and staff, good dinner & drinks, very nice grounds and area.
Breakfast only one morning (coffee not good!), but overall I'd definitely stay there again!

We recently stayed at Rosita hotel...great location. Staff is excellent. Very clean. We like the fact that it is a quiet hotel alot of people 50 and up...some younger families as well... everything was great. Some improvement in food depar**ent would be nice...the food is meh so so not the best. Ok for a quick breakfast but there are plenty of other better breakfast establishments around

We enjoy this hotel; although not luxurious, it is clean, the staff are friendly, and its location on the beach at the north end of the Malecon is great. The price is also very reasonable. Thank you.

No vip upgrade . The light breakfast was almost non existent. I will be very glad to be leaving here

First of all, location top star ( with the exception of various levels of continuous construction going on).However understood. When I entered my room ( 422- same as past 3 years) and settled in , I had to call front desk for the following repairs: telephone out of order/ was replaced; in room safe out of order/ battery was replaced; fire alarm unit out of order/ battery replaced; front room night out of order/ not replaced yet .Though the first 3 out of orders were completed with speedy service. Seniorita Juanne is an excellent employee at her reservation agent position. Another plus, is the most comfortable beds. The maid service is very good. Though numerous time , the towels are so ( sandpaper rough) due to being sent thru the ( ringer- wash- haha) to many times. Front desk staff cordial . Thank you

In a good location for walking around - right on the Malecon. Room had no dressers, no hair dryer. We faced the main street - very noisy at night. Had to use our bath towels for the pool area. Staff was very friendly.
