The location of the hotel is excellent, and the counter staff provide friendly and professional services. The room is slightly small but still suitable for my business trip. I can get a good quality of rest. The breakfast is punctual and hygienic and delicious.

The hotel is indeed similar to the one hundred plus a night near the domestic train station. It is recommended to find a cleaner place, or take a taxi directly from Goreme.

It's okay, clean and sanitary, close to the airport, breakfast is very rich, but it's more than 20 minutes' walk from the commercial street!

Everything is good to recommend good location

Τhe hotel is something above and beyond in terms of quality and price, everything is very good to perfection and especially the staff is the best and will you allow me to make a special mention of SERDAR, and I will definitely visit KAUSERI again only this hotel.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was very mediocre. He was lying on one side of the bed, the sheets and pillowcases were full of hair. There was dried snot on the curtain. Probably because of the ventilation, very large black flies were constantly entering the room. The area around the sink was similarly dirty and there was hair on the hand towel. The controversial noise continued in the corridor for approximately 1.5 hours at night. I didn't have the strength to deal with any of it due to road fatigue, so I went to sleep as soon as possible and left the room for the night, but overall it was an unpleasant experience.

I was in this hotel from 17 to 18 September 2023 and despite being cheap the rooms are spacious and bright, the only flaw is the proximity of the main road, our room 208 looked directly onto that and at night it was a bit noisy... however the breakfast on the 10th floor is decent and the spa and massages which are offered for a fee are truly EXCELLENT.. the staff is very kind... and will help you with every need..

First of all, the working team was friendly and well-intentioned, but the number of cleaning staff may be insufficient because the room was not really clean enough. There was a constant sound of water flowing from the bathroom. I informed the reception, but they said that the people on the upper floor were using it. I said then that the people upstairs slept in the shower until the morning. There was definitely good will, but there were not as many solution-oriented methods. In terms of location, g***t is in a good location, the breakfast is rich. It can be preferred for short-term business trips. I think it is an adequate hotel, especially if you come at night and only use it to sleep. Thank you for your good will and effort.

Horrible stay, room with poor sound, old, cleaning is not done when you are there. Several days . The toilet was stuck to the wall. So for people over 1.80 you will have your leg on the toilet paper dispenser. the air conditioning did not work at all and if you open the window, you will have a headache because of intensive car traffic. The rating 9 is not deserved at all. Apart from the staff, the hotel is not worth it.
