Absolutely amazing breakfast. Massive variety.

they charge fee for parking for there own customer good location and clean rooms..............

Close to the airport? Good breakfast? Nice terrace? Yes. But it can be easily destroyed by unkind staff at the reception or waiters who take away your plate whilst you're eating. The hotel needs renovation, and the room maintenance should be better (we received a room during check in that shouldn't be given due to lack of any cleaning products in bathroom (seems the room wasn't ready due to missing things). Unfortunately, due to rude receptionists (except one man with curly hair, he was fine), I can't go with a higher vote. And I am sure I won't recommend it to my friends or family.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

The food was good and hotel was affordable.

There was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday. It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

Our room was nice. Breakfast is good. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is near to the beach …Easy to go to center of Palma & airport via bus.

We arrived at the hotel at 1am and were told there were no rooms available. They said they could only take us to a nearby hotel they had booked. There was no other option, and Ctrip refused to refund us.

Everything was good. Convenient location. Free parking outside the hotel. Or hotel parking 6e/day. Close to the beach. The air conditioning was the worst. It didn't work the first night. We were hot and couldn't sleep. Luckily for us, it worked the next afternoon. The front desk staff was no help. Other than saying "yeah it's broken", we didn't know when it would be fixed. Worse, it breaks before you check in. And the staff ignored it, didn't inform us at check in. The air conditioning broke in the whole building, all the rooms didn't work. Trip helped us check out early and refunded if the air conditioning was still broken the next day. But luckily it was fixed. Other than that, the hotel was very convenient.

Everything was great! The hotel staff were super friendly, and the location was also fantastic. I was very happy there. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent, with a wide selection of food both morning and evening! I can only recommend it to everyone.
