Grupotel Revoli

Beautiful large clean rooms, cleaned often, friendly staff, especially the evening reception lady and the housekeepers. Main bar man at the pool bar could do with some customer service lessons, not very welcoming or friendly. The only really problem with the hotel is the aircon facilities in the apartment, first of all the air con unit is so weak you hardly get any air out of it, then no units in the bedrooms at all, just the living room, so the nights were really bad getting ready and trying to sleep, maybe got 2/7 nights sleep because of the heat, and that was October, so god knows what July/August is like. Other than that, really happy with the hotel. Did report the aircon problem to reception and tui rep, and the maintenance man did come really quickly, but basically said ‘that’s what the aircon is like, and if you stand in this spot you’ll feel it’ hardly helpful! Location is brill, 10 mins walk down to the main centre and short taxi ride to the upper hill bars, taxis only €4.25 a journey, so good prices. Never had breakfast or evening meal in hotel, but very happy with the food & drinks for the lunch menu, really tasty and good sized portions. Overall, good hotel and would come back, but hopefully the aircon situation will be improved.

Great little hotel, great location. Stayed in room 429, view of pool and sea. Everything you need in the rooms. Spacious lounge/kitchen area, shower nice size too. The apartments are fully functional could do with a bit of refurb, kitchen doors a bit worn as is bathroom. Spotlessly clean everywhere though, wash up liquid and tea towel provided, good sized fridge. Supermarket up the hill better prices and stock than the hotel one. Walking out the shopping centre is about 10 mins, beach about 15 mins. €10.50 for two chairs and umbrella. Great restaurants in the shopping centre. There is a proper shopping mall with nice designer shops further on past the first shopping centre. Only downside at the hotel is the sun bed situation, if you want to sit in a certain area you need to be there early 8 am with your towel. We witnessed two days in a row though 5 loungers with towels on, they were not used until after 3pm, this is not acceptable. The pool attendant didn’t seem bothered about it. If I had seen anyone looking for a lounger I would of said remove the towels.

This place is fantastic its my second time here my son loved it so did we the hotel is very clean the cleaners do a fantastic job the food and entertainment are great to your not to fare away from the beach and the shopping centre I love this place and will be coming back next year the walsh family xx

The hotel and rooms are good but I had a bad experience when having Spaghetti Napolitan in the snack bar. When recieving the dish the servant told me that it was a dish for children, which made me feel silly. But she could have told me when ordering. I had the dish but was very disappointed since it was only pasta with ketchup. When complaining the bartender told me that this is what to expect and no excuses. In contrary he wanted to teach me how to act😕. The servant had disappeared - maybe embarrassed? If the dish is for children address it like that in the menu.

Came here last may had a fantastic time, had room423 cannot fault it , staff excellent,bar staff friendly pool lovely,so good coming again may 25 2024 bringing more family lol great hotel all round, roll on may see you all very soon my fun in the sun

Bedrooms we lovely spacious kept clean no hairdryer but can be had for 20 euro returnable deposit all staff we friendly and helpful reception staff helped us in finding bus services to pueoto morgan and Dinas las maplamas Bars staff lovely David life guard was especially helpful with sun longer and you can have matteses free of charge only a few to go around david was so helpful as I had trouble with unbrellas 😆

I rarely write good reviews as if no review means good but wanted to commend the staff and hotel. So on arrival safe is 20 euro deposit you get back at the end of holiday. Free wifi in all of hotel. Room 429 on the end so feels like a penthouse Massive balcony with 2 sun loungers and 2 chairs brolly and table. Yes a road beneath but I live on a main road so ignored it. NOT for people struggling to walk as hill up 500 m from bottom and between Corona hotel and Aruba it kills. By end of week I had mastered it as lungs got used to it. BTW I do gym everyday and that got me! Hotel very clean . Apartment has enough fridge with bottle of water on arrival. Supermarket to left on way out of hotel hyper Dino 100m up and one ground zero in the hotel but up road better. Bring a wash up sponge but they provide washing up liquid. Shower good and just replaced all  sinks in bathroom this week so nice and new. Towels fraying so need a revamp on those but clean. Also think new pillows as lumpy and cushions need a launder as smelly along with throws. I would bin cushions and throws as too many people touch them. Easy remedy bin them! No one needs throws as long as bedding clean as it was. Air con good for Feb but agree could be hot In summer but we had 24 degrees and on a night needed a light jacket. Beds comfy so sleep well. Sofa ok. Tv now had uk channels but found a lag so annoying. Tip put on at 4pm and leave on as you are then front of queue and lag goes not that on holiday for TV but.... Lots of wardrobe space but bring hangers ladies... Bring own tea and coffee but lots of tea sachets in restaurant. There is a kettle,percolator old-style (maybe dispose of that) and toaster. Usual utensils. If you come out of hotel left along top you drop down to a bluebridge follow around about 2.5km to the next beach wear comfy shoes. Half board. Breakfast as standard so no complaints.  Half board.... I understand why serve you but the menu choice hideous as the same every night just a change in meat. I get you cannot have an extensive menu but a little more mix up of menu. I understand lots of wastage on buffet but choice poor. Snack bar ...panini is not a French stick toasted!! Staff brilliant especially since I have never been on a holiday where no one dresses up for dinner or no one smiles.  It's like the walking dead. Seriously no morning no evening no smiles. This is not hotel fault as Adoni the waiter and I chuckled as I always made him smile also alexis works very hard.. It must be a culture of other countries now to be the biggest miserable old folk us Brits are more friendly. This hotel would not be great for kids or infirm. We had a great time and if you don't like a boring menu go to europa shopping as choice but that is samey. Would definitely return more positives just holiday makers need to smile more..not hotels fault. Trip to Maspalomas a must. Food places amazing.  Bus 5.40 euros for 2 number 39 or 90 runs every 50 mins so say ha ha!! Loads of shops and

Have been to lots of hotels/ apartments in Puerto Rico over the last 20 years. 1st time to stay at Revoli and found it absolutely brilliant. Staff are great food at pool bar very reasonable. TUI kids club brilliant. I do see issue with sunbeds if you are a late riser and maybe need more than 2 beds. However life guards are great and will always help to get one and remove towels that are empty for a long period of them . The location is great and easy to walk up and down with a pram . Will 100% be returning here. I work within the travel industry and will recommend it to people .

i have stayed in the revoli 2 times this year and am planning january 24 also, let me start by saying if you stay at this property you get the sun from first thing in the morning until sundown, unlike properties on the opposite side of the resort. the location is also good and near the bottom of the hillside, 5 minute walk to the start of the commercial centre. the apartments are a good size and have a nice balcony. you have fridge cooker and all the utensils you need and air condition that works well. the pool bar is reasonably priced and does happy hour. the staff are nice and the food is good. the pool area is kept clean and plenty loungers. the revoli is all round good accomodation at a reasonsble price, well worth a stay if your planning puerto rico.
