I love this property and the area. The staff is outstanding! Spa services are offered, the rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The food at the restaurant is excellent.

This is a great hotel that offers delicious dining and a wonderful view. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature. There is a spa and breakfast is complimentary. I have stayed several times and I will always go back. I did miss the Crema Pasticcera for breakfast the past couple of times. They also offer laundry service, which is great to have!! Parking is super easy which lends to exploring nearby areas like Pomarico, Matera and Bernalda. The air conditioner in the room worked incredibly well during the European 2023 heat wave!

Rooms : confortable and clean Parking easy Swimming pool Breakfast : it's pitty to have canned fruit cocktail while fresh fruits are available in this area Dinner : a bit expensive for what you have. 20min by car to the sea

Wonderful staff. Great breakfast and property grounds. The room is a very good size. The shower is small and it would be nice if the bathroom was a little bit bigger, even if the room was smaller. There is never an issue with hot water. The temperature of the room is adjustable and there is a big window. I recommend.

Hotel immerso nel verde, con bella piscina. Stanze spaziose e pulite. Colazione buona e variegata. Personale cordiale, soprattutto la ragazza al bar ( bionda con occhi azzurri) , un po' arcigna ed avara di sorrisi la signora con capelli castani, che presenziava tra i tavoli della sala colazione. Da ritornare.

Camera piccola, un po’ sporca….. con arredamento vecchio e non del tutto integro……..da rivedere. Frigobar praticamente vuoto con 4 bottigliette di acqua e due brick di succo di frutta discount. Nulla da mangiare……deludente. Personale di reception gentile. Decidiamo di cenare in albergo. Appena arrivati si vede la cameriera nella paranoia più completa alle prese con le bibite di un gruppo di francesi. Là si sente inveire ed imprecare al alta voce. Con noi è stata molto gentile. Tovaglia sporca……….malissimo. Chiedo carta dei vini……non esiste. Chiedo una bottiglia di vino bianco….. mi viene consigliata una bottiglia. Accetto ma non ne conosco l importo. A mio parere molto sbagliato. Comunque un buon vino. Le pietanze ordinate sono squisite dall’ antipasto al dolce, pesce fresco. Buono il resto. Purtroppo Il contorno chiesto non arriva. Peccato. Prezzo buono in rapporto a quanto mangiato. Colazione buona nella parte dolce ma estremamente deludente nella parte salata per quantità varietà e qualità. Non è malissimo nel complesso ma bisogna lavorare tanto perché si nota un po’ di disorganizzazione nel servizio ristorante e nella gestione delle camere.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura usufruendo di un cofanetto Smartbox. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi perchè normalmente quelle aderenti ai cofanetti sono di livello inferiore. Questo complesso si presenta magnificamente all'esterno, con tanto verde e una bella piscina che purtroppo non era ancora funzionante. Personale gentile alla reception. Internamente emerge qualche difetto: qualche crepa nei muri, mancanza di ascensore, con alcuni gradini da salire anche se si è al piano basso. Le camere sono comunque spaziose e dotate di un bel balcone. Colazione discreta. Lo consiglierei comunque
