Siamo stati bene, apprezzata la posizione a 5 minuti dal centro, silenzio e pace dalla casa. Pulizia, ordine e gentilezza da parte di Gianluca e famiglia. Giusto costo. Camera nuova con bagno appena rifatto. Per noi una giusta soluzione per una tappa ad Ascoli

Gentilissimi i proprietari, location bellissima in mezzo alla natura. Consiglierei una ristrutturazione soprattutto nei bagni quando sarà economicamente possibile e su tutta la struttura in generale. È un peccato che un luogo così incantevole non venga tenuto e mantenuto come dovrebbe. Giardino lasciato alla deriva, serramenti che cadono a pezzi, non apribili perché senza zanzariere per cui entra di tutto, assenza di aria condizionata e un ventilatore che se lo si spegne si rischia di sciogliersi. Insomma parecchia decadenza o non curanza della struttura. Davvero un peccato. Meriterebbe di essere rivalutata dai proprietari come merita.

Un posto davvero stupendo. Gianluca, il proprietario , è una persona davvero molto gentile e cordiale. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, il parco della villa è davvero bello. Un angolo di pace e tranquillità non lontano dal centro di Ascoli. Unica cosa da sistemare, come segnalato anche in altre recensioni, è la questione della doccia perché può diventare un po’ scomoda. Per il resto però tutto perfetto, ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo assolutamente.
