We’ve been coming to sunrise beach for the last couple of years and decided to get married here at the hotel, let me tell you, when I say they went above and beyond, they went above and beyond. Anca who organised everything at the hotel was amazing, her and the hotel staff was amazing and very very helpful, they really looked after us with their kindness, we had a complimentary meal, champagne breakfast, free spa and lots more, everything was beautiful, if anyone decides to marry here, go through sunrise beach hotel and not one of these wedding companies. It was beautiful, the setup and decor was amazing, thank you Anca and the sunrise beach for making our day special x

Wow Capo Bay hotel you once again didn’t disappoint.It’s been a few years since our last visit to Beautiful Cyprus . We had interconnected rooms inland view which were comfortable and clean we Had a small fridge that was great for keeping cold drinks water and milk .Although looking a little tired and could do with a few renovations paint work mainly and shower door leaked while showering nothing a towel on the floor couldn’t sort . Hopefully management will look at this over the winter or in future to keep the 4 star status up .The sun stayed most of the day on the balcony just a shame that on this side they aren’t a bit bigger .Although we did manage to squeeze the 3 of us on as daughter didn’t want to sit on her own balcony by herself.The Reception Team were all very helpful ,always there to answer any questions a special mention to flora always goes above and beyond for us .The reception area is always kept extremely clean always beautiful displays of flowers and porters on hand helping with luggage.We stayed on a B&B basis always greeted with a smile And a good morning from Marietta and believe me breakfast does not disappoint so much choice restaurant Manager Andreas leads a great Team and the chefs produce beautiful food we had the evening buffet one night the puddings are exceptional. We were a bit unsure about the sun bed situation changing this time not being allocated any more but getting one was never an issue always Greeted by costas and the friendly pool team when getting fresh towels . An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

Lovely hotel, amazing food and fantastic staff. Would definitely go back. Relaxing pool area great location one minute walk to the beach and short stroll to the towns bars and restaurants. Couple of negatives the pool and restaurant toilets are a bit of a hike and please supply more vegetables on Roast Night.

My husband and I just returned from an incredible holiday at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was immaculate, with everything exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. Each meal felt like a treat, with something to satisfy every craving. We looked forward to dining each day, and it never disappointed. The entertainment was a real highlight of our stay, adding fun and energy to each evening. The team made every show feel special, and we found ourselves eagerly attending every event they put on. It really made the holiday memorable! Thank you to the team at Constantinos the Great for an amazing holiday. We’ll definitely be returning!

We went for a week at this hotel from 4-11/11/24. Right from the start from when we checked in until we checked out, the service by every member of staff was excellent. The location of the hotel could not be any better - it is right on the sea front with a great, clean beach and crystal clear water. There was ample choice of food, even for the two vegetarians who were in our group. The restaurant staff were very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The choice of speciality restaurants was also good and some are outside the hotel complex but not too far. The walk along the beach are easy and very scenic. Our special thanks to Nora and Vera at reception who were very helpful, as was Arvydas who also helped us to plan our day in Ayia Napa. Manpreet, Durga and Keshav always served with a smile in the restaurant, as did the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of all the staff members - my apologies. Our thanks to every member of staff who looked after us.

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

Can I start by saying the hotel is generally ok and so are the staff. But!! I have been here a wk now and craving food which is hot and not just warm at best. Breakfast is about the best meal of the day but it goes down hill from there on most days. When I booked this holiday the hotel boasted of three restaurants but failed to mention one is closed another you have to pay for the use of leaving the third. The bikini beach restaurant this is where you can get lukewarm limited choice food. Unless you are a paying customer, they get food from the a la cart menu piping hot and very different to what the all inclusive guests get. They also have a much more varied drinks menu. I have already eaten out twice and will continue to do so as I am here for another three days ( unfortunately ) and like good quality food served hot and also to be treated the same as all the other holiday makers. Being made to feel second rate to others when I have already paid a premium price is not what I expected and will not return to this hotel. I could go on about cleanliness of hotel rooms and much more but I will leave that for my email to tui. I have been to my rep and lodged my complaints but expect very little to be done. Tui you should be ashamed of urself for supplying this package to paying customers and at best review your start rating and pricing at this hotel. Vrissaki you really need to up your game.
