There are quite a few play areas for kids, and they really enjoyed feeding the rabbits, although it cost extra. There's also a fish pond, but I don't know about the food because I booked a room without breakfast.

Quite average, and the cleanliness could be better as it felt a bit stuffy. However, the view was pretty good and the service was decent.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the hotel staff. The service was friendly.

Staying at Inna Tretes was quite comfortable, mainly due to its cool ambiance and pleasant air. The rooms have been modernized, though the overall hotel atmosphere still feels quite traditional, like an older hotel. There's also a swimming pool, which is nice for just relaxing. I didn't get a chance to try breakfast, so I can't review the food. Overall, it's a suitable place if you're looking for a cool and peaceful environment.

The staff greeted us warmly. Both the restaurant food and the hotel breakfast were delicious! 😍 Since we weren't staying on a weekend, breakfast wasn't a buffet. This place is great for those traveling with children. There's a playground and swimming pools for both kids (currently under renovation) and adults. There are also many Instagrammable photo spots! From the outside, the building looks like an older hotel, but the interior is quite modern. Downsides: 1. The road leading to the hotel is very steep, so make sure your vehicle is prepared. 😊 2. The hot water in the room wasn't as hot as it could be in the mornings (though it was fine in the late afternoon and evening). Perhaps it's because the mountain water is so cold that it's hard to get it really hot. Overall, we were very satisfied! Thank you, Inna Tretes. We hope to visit again someday with our children! 😍

Place is like a home away from home. The coolest (coldest) swimming pool in Indonesia. The soto ayam for breakfast is the best

The service is not that good, the view are excellent. The room service is very poor. Overall okay

The atmosphere was very noisy because the room faced the main road, and there was no air conditioning in the room.

Cozy place with complimentary snacks and drinks, comparable to a deluxe room. Friendly and satisfying service. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and clean. A pleasant stay overall.

Comfortable...nice...clean...The pool is also okay..lots of photo spots. It's all okay.

The bathroom smells a little bit in the closet area, but the room, view and facilities are top notch.
