During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

Good hotel with good location. Recommend this hotel, likes the service, breakfast and territory. But to travel around you need a car

The hotel grounds are clean, green and well-groomed. Nice beach, sand. Clean pool. It’s cozy and comfortable to relax under the ficus trees, on a high-quality lawn.

St. Raphael was an extraordinary experience, the staff was always so pleasant and helpful. Helen management, Chris at Captains Bar, the whole staff, from reception, breakfast, dinner and pool service, they all went up and beyond to make our 7 day stay extraordinary. The grounds are breathtaking and so much to see and do. The Beach always so tidy and clean, the Pools were also so clean, with the swim up bar so convenient! The Golden Monkey restaurant was delicious. The breakfast had so much to offer and the hotel itself, so clean. The View was breathtaking! Definitely visiting next year again.

We booked to come here after seeing people recommend it on a vegan travel page and wow is all I have to say. The whole hotel is very forward on sustainability and provide a reusable water bottle when checking in. They also pledge to plant a tree for every day you decide to miss housekeeping. The grounds are so clean and maintained to a high level. There is sufficient sun beds around the two pools and beach at any time so never have to worry about what time you get yourself ready and outside. The food, service and staff knowledge and veganism has been insane. We haven’t struggled once and felt so satisfied from meals that we haven’t snacked inbetween our three meals at all. Both Alexia and Anthony looked after us so well but every single staff member gave 100%. The hotel has a vegan restaurant called Sea Shells which is open for lunch and all food on the menu is included on all inclusive. The evening meals can be eaten at the main buffet where they have a dedicated vegan section however the chefs are also happy to make you something if your needs are met, the Italian restaurant which is a sharing style menu and the Cypriot restaurant. All of these options are included on the all inclusive package and had dessert options too . There is also options for snacks throughout the days but we didn’t try any of these. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a good all inclusive in Europe without having to worry about your next meal.

Don’t think about it just book it. Great location for a relaxing holiday rooms are spotless cleaned daily pool area is spotless and the staff are amazing always helpful land go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We went all inclusive ….. wow…….. the food was amazing I cannot talk highly enough and the branded drinks available were first class. My daughters had champagne breakfast for most of the week selections of cocktails ice cream milkshakes smoothies by the beach it really was amazing and will be returning next year. The beach by the way is private and Wi-Fi there was unbelievable. We ate at the splash bar most days for lunch with the food being made to order it was incredible but what made the experience even more better was Gabriel and Jackie they made our holiday. Nothing was to much trouble always smiling calling us by our first names. Over the weekend they did not stop all day and it was very hot but still made time for everyone - absolute credit to the brand and Cyprus as a holiday destination thank you both so much for making us as a family have a great holiday. Also the restaurant manager always smiling checking on all the guests it makes a difference when the staff working there get to know you as people. Don’t think about it just book it from the pool guy gardeners cleaners the animation team and managers all singing from the same song sheet. Great hotel location food drinks pool area and private beach had everything. See you next year !!!

We chose this hotel as relatives were having the wedding reception there, the hotel was fabulous and so were all the staff, it is clean and the food is excellent especially in the Golden Monkey Thai restaurant. We will definitely be coming back for another holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at the St Rapael Resort and Marina. Fantastic pool, lovely breakfast outside on the terrace each morning, friendly, helpful staff in every part of the hotel including the reception, pool area, breakfast room etc. The 'Animation Team' were great, entertaining us adults and helping us stay fit with daily pilates classes outside under the palm trees, aquagym in the pool each day. I understand there was a children's club also, if required. Generally a friendly, family atmosphere about the place. Also, a lovely Thai restaurant onsite where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Option to sit by the pool, in the well kept gardens or on the beach.

We had an incredibly relaxing holiday at the St. Raphael Resort in Limassol. The location is stunning with breathtaking views of the sea and the marina from our spotlessly clean room. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, polite and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was impressive offering a wide variety of choices from eggs to fresh fruits and delicious cakes. The pool and garden areas were beautifully maintained and provided a serene atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the sunny weather. Overall the resort exceeded our expectations with its stunning location, impeccable service and relaxing amenities. A perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a relaxing holiday in Limassol.

The St Raphael Hotel I can honestly say is a fantastic hotel to spend you holiday at the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, along with the professional and attentive staff, including Mr Costantinos Kyrlakis who has recently been promoted to F & B Assistant Manager and I can clearly see why. The other members of staff in the dining room Ivana - Kosta's were professional- polite obviously there were more but, unfortunately can not remember the names . There was many dinner options either a themed buffet night or the Al la Carte menu both were always presented well and delicious along with the breakfast & lunch options. Many cocktails were drank in the Captains bar ! I also found Nikki and Diana on reception very good. Maria - HSKP I can really say all of the staff were attentive - professional - relaxed - approachable and always very helpful. The Animation team were very cheerful and extremely enthusiastic . Pool staff were very good - polite -smiling . The main pool offered cold and hot drinks all day and delivered to your sunbed. The splash pool was ideal for children and snacks . The rooms were clean and beds were comfy . Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to friends etc and would return for another stay! They go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Friendly and helpful personel Clean room. Very nice bed and pillows. Magnificent Gardens Breakfast and Dinner..Magic!!!!! One of the best hotels in Cyprus.. Recommended with closed eyes..For Families for friends for couples... Thanks for your service.

We booked 3 nights in December. From entering the Hotel we understood it's going to be a good experience. The stuff were nice and we received the room fast. The room was large, nice view and balcony and very clean. Breakfast was very good with great service and variety of fresh food. We also used the Spa, which was good. From the hotel you can take a nice walk on the beach towards Limassol main promenade. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the distance from the main touristic spots in Limassol. it's about 15-20 minutes drive each way. BTW, the hotel offers free parking.

Stayed with my wife and two young children in an inland family room. The stay was brilliant. The hotel is well looked after with plenty of eating options, and it is always nice when there are outdoor seats in the various restaurants (we have stayed at plenty of hotels in the sun that have not had this. Who wants to sit inside when the Sun is shining and there are beautiful views to enjoy???). Staying in May, not all the restaurants are open every day. So be sure to look at the timetable early in your stay and make your reservations for the days that they are open to avoid disappointment. The hotel is a little way out of Limassol, but if you have a hire car or hire the hotels bicycles it is only a short trip into town. Taxis and bus service are also freely available. And the benefit of being further out is that the hotel enjoys quite extensive grounds and is of course quieter without a noisy road outside which hotels closer to town have. The inland family room is very large with bunkbeds for the children which they enjoyed. And it has clearly been made over in the last few years. It’s fair to say that there are other five star hotels in the area that will be more luxurious, but at the same time those hotels required you to pay an awful lot more money for your stay. For what we paid, this was a good quality five star hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. Nice pool areas (One pool is called the executive pool and has a short slide for children.) We were not in an executive room but no one seemed to be bothered that we were able to use it which was nice. Telling children they can’t use a slide because we haven’t paid enough for a room is an unnecessary complication for a holiday The captains bar terrace was lovely with great views, and due to its three levels it was easy to get a seat and table where you could enjoy those views. Lovely extensive grounds which are well looked after, with plenty of sunbeds so you can lie and have a quiet time away from this slightly busier pool areas was a nice feature, and they lead down to a large beach which has lovely sand and plenty of sunbeds provided by the hotel. But by far the best part of this hotel was the staff. From reception to the baggage staff to the bar staff to the restaurant staff, all staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We felt very much at home and looked after in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. We’d very happily stay here again in the future.
