I'm evaluating it, comparing it with the resort itself, I had already been twice, but this time it was horrible, to begin with, when I arrived the supervisor who attended to me wanted to charge me 320 reais to advance my ALL inclusive, considering that check in was at 3:00 pm I arrived with my family at 2:00 pm, so far so good but at the time of my check in my room wasn't ready and even then they didn't want to allow entry without the bracelets, the burger part which used to be at 4 pm until 10pm now and only from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday night was I informed that the draft beer had run out, on Friday the same situation went to complain to the management, he said he didn't know, but soon after a barrel appeared to be replaced, an employee of the one bar said it was over, the other said the machine was undergoing maintenance and management didn't know. Unfortunately, we had a rainy week, but the hotel is not to blame, but where the presentations are held at night, everything leaks and cannot support the number of guests. The balcony of the room we stayed in has a leak due to broken tiles, wetting the entire hammock. Not to mention that the good beers are only available at the beach bar, which only opens until 5pm. Don't think that and ALL inclusive that there is beer whenever you want, as they only release it from 10am, the soft drinks are in bottles per, and they are usually hot in bottles, unfortunately it left a lot to be desired.

What an incredible place, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, the entertainers are wonderful, the games are super fun and involve and bring joy to everyone around. On top of that, the nights are always very good with plays, live music and DJs, dancing, everything is incredible. Perfect food and excellent service, very good and beautiful beach, for children I find it very busy but it is still a wonderful place to be with the family

I love this resort, I've been to several resorts here in Porto Seguro, but the beach resort is my favorite. The staff are the best, always attentive to guests, always trying to do their best to serve everyone.
