The check in process had a few bumps, but I think it was due to not being able to receive the communications from the property since I was traveling that day; which is critical, since no one is on site and has to meet you there to let you in and get you checked in. Once we got past that hurdle, the place was great and the location is phenomenal, very close to everything per.

The apar**ent was spacious and airy and comfortable with all the amenities. It was our home in Porto for 6 nights.. All queries were promptly responded to, including follow-up on our arrival time. Andreia met us and explained everything. The bnapar**ents app was cool with lots of info on places of interest. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

I don’t know, I’m no expert but what I do know is that if you’re into that sort of thing, you’ll feel right at home if you stay in this apar**ent. We stayed in a nice enough flat in the centre of Porto only to find a continuous stream of ************ shooting up or smoking substances from bits of foil, not to mention them vomiting and urinating, in the alley just under our balcony. When I phoned and asked the person who checked us in if this was normal she told me that “… it wasn’t but it has become normal…” and suggested that I call the police and the Intercontinental hotel which is adjacent to our apar**ent. (It’s no surprise that the windows to all their rooms facing this alley all have their shutters down). To my surprise the hotel security guard knew one of the ********** by name and the police, who eventually came, did nothing but ask for some ID and move them along. Suffice it to say, within 15 minutes, the smell of piss, vomit and ***** wafted up into our balcony once again as a new bunch of users arrived. If you stay at one of these apar**ents, I suggest asking for a room that faces the square unless you’re an expert in these sorts of things.

So incredibly stressful. It’s super hard to find and there are no signs or anything so you have no idea if you’re in the right place, if we hadn’t gotten a driver from the airport we probably wouldn’t have found it. The worst part was the host, we got in at about 11 but they weren’t going to come down until 1230pm so we had to cart our luggage around until then. We waited downstairs and they didn’t come down until past 1230pm so we just stood there hoping someone was coming down (no doorbell to ring or anything). We booked months ago and they told us they would do anything to accommodate an early check in but when the host came down it was clear we weren’t getting in a second before 3pm and as it turned out they didn’t let us in at 3pm either. The host told us be back at 3pm and I’ll let you in, so we were downstairs waiting at 3pm and the host didn’t come. We were standing in the cold with a massive construction site in front of us (by the way it’s surrounded by construction at the moment so you can’t get a driver to drive up to it they have to park and walk you). The host didn’t come down so we were just standing there facing an empty hallway listening to BANG BANG BANG of the construction, about 10 past 3 it was clear the host wasn’t coming down so I had to turn on my international data roaming and pay $15 to call the bnapar**ents and then they had to contact the host to come down. So she was up in the apar**ents all along but just didn’t come down at 3pm despite her telling us that was the time to meet and us paying for that check in time. When the host finally came down after two phone calls she was annoyed at us and commented how she had been “on her way”, as if we were going to know that. It was such a stressful experience as all our luggage was up there and we were just left waiting endlessly not knowing what was going on. Shower floor dangerous and rocked, flooded, cigarettes on balcony, loud; woke to baby crying every morning, dishwasher full. Big dent in middle of bed so you have to sleep either side of it. Stained couch. Would never stay at any bnapar**ent after this experience and will warn others not to either. Just so horrible and stressful, the whole trip I regretted not booking a proper hotel

Great location and really spacious apar**ent on the quieter side of the building. Unfortunately for the owners there is loud construction work going on to extend the metro line so if you have an apar**ent on that side of the building then during the day the noise is loud - however it’s quiet at night thankfully. Really helpful staff who are friendly and welcoming and explain everything when you arrive. The rooms are really well done with a kitchenette and bathroom console behind the bed. The rooms echo a bit though due to high ceilings so have to be mindful of how much noise you make out of respect for the other apar**ents. Otherwise it’s a perfect and really comfy apar**ent that has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Good functional base in a great location ideal for exploring Porto, amenities are good and it’s great value for money. Very helpful when you need to contact them (taxi transfer back to the airport). Room was massive, comfortable and quirky. Need to be aware that during the day it’s noisy because of the substantial building works going on outside the front of the building in the Largo and surrounding streets. The apar**ents at the back would be much quieter.No bother if you are out all day exploring, although there are a few pedestrian diversions due to road closures also in the surrounding streets.

Forget hotels, this is modern temporary accommodation. Firstly id like to send a sincere thank you to our point of contact who waited up till 2am because our flight was delayed. The location is excellent. Not only central but the view from our balcony was a welcome sight each morning. The space we stayed in was large, spacious and airy. Its design was well thought out and very functional. I loved the bathroom, in particular the shower. Its what I imagine showering in a space ship is like with its cool green ambient light. Tv had many options with good channels if you arrived home early from a day of sight seeing. The bed was large and comfy. I Loved Porto, its superior to Lisbon in my opinion so Id like to come back to this building again one day.

Wonderful place in the very heart of Porto. The studio is beautiful, full of light and very quiet at night because it faces a big courtyard. Beautiful view and very close to metro. I strongly recommend *****
