My family and I, which included two young children were astonished at the poor quality of the hotel that was booked through your service. You have fraudulently sold this booking as a four star hotel. For example, the hotel rooms had no air-conditioning yet your listing specifically represented it had air-conditioning.
Furthermore, the condition of the rooms assigned was unacceptable. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with noticeable dirt and stains within the bathrooms. On one evening, my room was found not cleaned. Upon explaining the situation with the night manager, he refused to even acknowledge the difficulty this caused. The three working the desk that evening even refused to provide clean towels. I was forced to explain the situation to a fellow customer, to shame them in providing basic amenities. As you can imagine, one will go to whatever lengths needed to maintain basic hygienic levels for ones children and grandchildren. Yet, to have to enlist fellow hotel guests to shame management for clean towels is far from “Four star” service.
Management's consistent response throughout the stay explaining all above was that since this booking was with *******, ******* is responsible for the fraudulent listing. They absolved themselves of all responsibility for the listings lies and misrepresentations including the lack of air conditioning and the misrepresentation of “Four star” status.
