Hotel espetacular. Complexo muito bonito, calmo e entrega o que promete. Pontos baixos: Fui em lua de mel e pedi alguma decoração diferenciada. Achei bem decepcionante a decoração. Colocaram colcha de cama suja tambem, que ao solicitar a troca, fomos atendidos rapidamente. Por fim, chegamos bastante cedo devido a voos e etc .. eles nao disponibilizam antecipar o Check-in, ate entendo que e procedimento do hotel e etc ... mas foi bastante desgastante.

O hotel oferece uma estrutura maravilhosa, muito confortavel e limpo. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da America na recepção, o Luiz Vicente no bar molhado do Resort, e o pessoal do cafe da manha no SPA. As piscinas sao lindas, perfeito para curtir apos um longo dia de praia. Super recomendo e pretento voltar em breve.

Tivemos alguma problemas no check in, que ao podemos ter tido acesso ao quarto às 17 horas, sedo que desde das 14 esperávamos que o quatro fosse arrumado.
Ficamos por 1 hora em pé esperando, somente após fomos conduzidos a esperar por mais 2 horas em um restaurante do hotel. Não foi nos oferecido nem uma água.
Duas noites que ficamos, não foi feito o serviço de quarto e nem a troca das toalhas.
Todos os dias logo cedo da manhã funcionários faziam a limpeza externa fazendo barulhos.
Faltou água no quarto no segundo dia de estádia.
Enfim, super desagradável, ainda por ter pago por um produto e recebido outro.

O atendimento das pessoas foi espetacular, principalmente do Paulo do restaurante e bar da piscina. Alguns pontos que precisam melhorar: iluminação dos quartos, muito escuro e a falta de abajur, espelho no quarto para se vestir. No restaurante a comida é muito boa, exceto a picanha servida de péssima qualidade e impossível de ser comida pois estava extremamente muito dura, reclamei e ninguém veio me dar uma satisfação!!!
