Pinghu Dingren Ramada Hotel

The boss should be in arrears with the front desk's salary. I seriously suspect that this is a fake Ramada! Nongfu Spring costs 2 yuan outside but 5 yuan here! It's really dirty, the refrigerator is moldy, the air conditioner is set at 29 degrees, and I slept with the window open! I watched TV and then quit! The toothpaste cap of the previous guest was left for me as a souvenir! The location is very remote! Don't come here

The hotel is very well decorated, with complete facilities, reasonable price, rich breakfast, and excellent service from the front desk and restaurant staff. I will come again in the future.

The hotel facilities are very new, the service attitude is very good, although it is not in Pinghu city, it is very close to Pinghu Qianqianzhong, about 3km, and the town is 2 traffic lights next to the hotel, which is very convenient for late night snacks. The hotel breakfast is also good, and the two children have free breakfast!

When checking in, there was a group of guests at the front desk who had probably been waiting for a long time and were quite emotional negotiating with the front desk. Four or five staff members at the front desk could not cope with it, and other registered guests could only wait behind. After checking in to the room, the facilities were old and the carpet was moldy. The next morning, we waited for the elevator to go downstairs for breakfast. When the elevator came, the cleaner was cleaning and asked us to wait for another elevator. This was the first time I encountered a hotel where the staff asked the guests to give up their seats. The breakfast variety was small and messy. Overall, I felt that the employees were not trained. The brand of Ramada is just a name, without supervision. I don't recommend it. Don't come to step on the pit.

I have stayed in countless hotels on business trips. Today, I encountered something. After checking out at noon, I was talking to a friend in the hotel lobby at around 4pm. I asked the front desk if there was any mineral water. The answer was no. I replied, "Can you buy it?" Five bottles of water were brought to me in a short while. I paid 25 yuan. Please see the photo. I didn't take advantage of it. I can only laugh. I also checked in for Shanghai Delta Hotel. The same situation, water is free and there is plenty of it.

The front desk service is bland and not very welcoming; the elevator in the room is noisy at night, disturbing the rest; the toilet in the bathroom splashes water outwards, easily soaking clothes.

The room facilities are excellent. It is a newly opened hotel with all the basic technology. However, the cleaning is very sloppy. There is a large pool of water stains visible on the door handle and glass of the bathroom. The breakfast is very simple. Apart from the freshly cooked noodles, the others are almost unpalatable. The heated steamed buns have dry skin and astringent meat without juice. It is the worst breakfast I have ever had in a Ramada Hotel. The service staff is very polite.

I travel frequently, but I have never stayed in such a hotel. The air conditioner was not turned on in 3-degree weather. I had to wear a down jacket to eat breakfast. The plate was cold in my hand. Except for the noodles and porridge that had just been cooked, all other dishes were cold. The restaurant waiters worked in down jackets. It was weird. There was no air conditioner in the room either.
