這次出差就是衝著早餐豐富去住的，沒想到就是吃早餐的時候讓人覺得極其不舒服😔轉一圈沒看見酸奶，就問服務員，服務員很誠懇的説沒酸奶，當時還想着不是早餐豐富嗎？為啥沒有其他酒店最基本的酸奶呢？沒有就沒有吧也沒太在意，吃飯時看見服務員拖着幾瓶酸奶在不知道什麼職務的領導指揮下一瓶一瓶的送坐在我旁邊的人，我不想知道我旁邊坐的都是什麼樣的大人物，就想問問住你們酒店的人為啥不同等待遇呢？難道我們沒掏夠吃早餐的錢？沒有我們這些喝不到酸奶人的支持，就靠幾個大人物你們酒店生意就能興隆嗎？難道就靠幾瓶酸奶就能更好的巴結到大人物嗎？真是無語！！！出差多年第一次點評，多有冒犯，衹是想不通而已！！！

這個酒店經常出差入住，因為是企業所有多年老品牌，服務員以中年人居多。但莫名其妙的開門太多了，半天能有5次居多，甚至不敲門直接拿卡開門。讓人很是擔心貴重物品的安全

酒店整體都挺好，就是房間裏的設備太陳舊了，和個人的酒店沒法比，。好的是早餐足夠豐盛，算是可以彌補房間的陳舊吧，

本人自駕出行時一般優先訂政府或大型國企賓館，他們的特點是停車方便，房內設施老舊但不影響使用功能，插座較少。去平頂山我優先選平安大廈（礦務局賓館），服務好，停車方便，周邊餐食很便利，早餐相當不錯，是一家性價比高的酒店。
