The rooms are simple but pleasant, and the location, right by night market and in close proximity of numerous cafes and restaurants, is excellent. The buffet breakfast is once again simple, but satisfying: there are pieces of toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, banana muffins, watermelon, tea, coffee, juice, and a few other foods on offer for you to choose as you like. All in all, great accommodation by the Old Town in Phuket!

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The food and drinks were outstanding, with breakfast offering a fantastic variety to accommodate different dietary restrictions. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which featured fresh, warm towels and comfortable loungers perfect for reading or napping. The views were stunning, and the play area for kids was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent facilities and outstanding service.

The hotel is perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road, so you can have some peace and quiet or go all-out at your leisure. Plenty of food options at your footsteps, and plenty along the way to Bangla. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the service quite good as well. But the facilities were n maintenance and the pool, while clean and comfy, had the bar unattended, so there was no option to have a drink or a bite, that shortens the pool time significantly. The Wi-Fi was slow by today's standard, but it worked for email, browsing, and short video watching. Overall, a great choice to stay!

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….

Good location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to taxi's and tuk tuks right outside the hotel. Hotel is ”tired ” looking - several areas in need of repair around the pool (damaged tiles etc) jacuzzi didn't work. The shower in the room was shocking. Very low pressure and temperature changed from hot to cold throughout the shower. The glass door also wasn't long enough so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. Room very basic however clean enough. Lighting in the room was too low also which made the room seem rather dark. Robes,slippers and toiletries all provided and kept full throughout stay. More a 3 star resort than 4 in current condition

The toilet and shower room are separated into dry and wet areas, and there are microwave ovens, refrigerators, and toasters in the room. Bath towels, towels, etc. are replaced with new ones every day, and they are absolutely clean. They smell fragrant when they are opened every day. You can see the swimming pool when you open the door, and the deepest is 1.8 meters. If you want to swim occasionally in the hotel on vacation, you must choose here~~ The swimming pool will be cleaned and filtered by a special person every morning. The breakfast is very rich, with fried eggs, milk, coffee, bread, fried rice, fried noodles, small fried dough sticks, rice noodles, etc. Because I work out, the breakfast in the picture is healthier. I don't drink hot milk, and the brother in charge of management specially brings me ice milk every day! Special thanks!! In addition, the rice noodles with Thai chili sauce are super delicious, I recommend it. The boss and the main staff are all Chinese, so those who are not good at English can go without worrying about language barriers. And the boss is very nice. If you need anything, you can tell the boss directly. He will tell you directly where you want to go, and will drive you directly when it is on the way. In the evening, the boss also took me to buy durian~ You can ask the boss to take you to rent a motorcycle. The car condition is relatively good, and there will be no problem of the store deliberately looking for the car when returning the car and deducting the deposit. The hotel is located in the Rawai Beach area, so we first went to a small beach nearby, as well as Nai Harn Beach, which is less crowded, the beach is super beautiful, and there are basically no Chinese. Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Location: convenient, go to the beach to eat seafood, convenient, next to a 711. Boss: Chinese, very comfortable to communicate with. This time I brought the elderly and children, and had pies, fried cakes, wontons and pickles for breakfast, which was great. The hotel is actually quite large, but it is a bit crowded with big trees and green plants. The most exciting thing is that there is a dryer. Thailand is humid, and it feels really comfortable after drying. Also, when we checked in, it was a room on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool. There were a few ******* who were still swimming in the pool after 10 o'clock in the evening and shouting loudly. The sign near the swimming pool clearly stated that swimming is not allowed after 9 o'clock in the evening, but this group of people ignored it. I really couldn't sleep well. I told the front desk staff, but they didn't listen to the management and continued to swim, shouting non-stop. Their quality is really low, *******.
