Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

1. It is clean; this hotel has only been open for four years; 2. The staff are polite; 3. Although the location is not ideal, there are morning tea snacks next to the hotel; Japanese buffet; Cantonese restaurant; Korean grilled chicken dishes; not far away Hot pot restaurant; cheap and delicious! 4. The room is well lit; 5. The swimming pool and gym are very good. 6. You can use Grab to travel to the southern region. I suggest that renting a car is the best way to travel by car. Currently, hotel fees are super cheap, maybe temporarily, because there are no Chinese tourists. The water, wine and food in the hotel are very cheap; I really want to stay here for a long time! Thai people are clean by nature, and all catering services, including toilets, are very clean, which is very suitable for retirement life.

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.

The hotel has recently opened. It is located right in the center of Phuket old town and it is ideal for people wanting to explore not only the old town but the rest of the island. This lovely old building has a long history dating back to the tin mining day and it has recently undergone a total renovation. The renovation has been carried out to an excellent standard and the staffs in typical Thai style are extremely helpful and attentive. In a town where car parking is as a premium this hotel provides unique parking facilities in so far as you can drive you car to a floor level immediately adjacent to your room. The rooms are well air-conditioned, extremely comfortable and as the hotel is located off the main street are totally quiet. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and the hotel even has a quite unique swimming pool. Overall we have had an excellent stay and I would sincerely recommend this hotel. Only stayed one night in Phuket but would have happily stayed longer in this hostel. Very clean, rooms with air con, fabulous lady on reception who was super friendly and helpful with booking a boat. Breakfast was basic but handy, there are cheap places around if you wanted a bigger breakfast. Brilliant location too. A short walk to Sunday walking market which is a must!!! Hostel was quiet when I stayed so not so much of a place for socialising but it has common areas with TV and bean bags, a fridge and basic kitchen area as well as washing machine!

We stayed here for two nights this week and had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Old Town and is very accessible to all the local attractions. We were able to book a day trip to the Phi Phi islands through the hostel and got great deals and discounts due to being guests here. Everything was very clean. Hugh shout out has to be given to the staff, especially the two ladies who were working on reception as they were so kind and helpful and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hostel and would also stay here again if we were back in the area.

The bed is oversized! It feels like they all have ... three meters! The room was very simple, with no furniture, just a bed with two stools. There is a restaurant or bar on the fifth floor upstairs, and you can get a free cocktail with your room card, because you do n’t go to watch it without drinking, which is noisy at night. But the location of the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

We were in Phuket only for 2 nights and Sleep at Phuket was excellent choice. Location is great, near city center. Room was clean, air conditioned. There is also TV if you’d like to watch some Thai shows :). In our room view was at other building which was about 2 meters away from ours. So if view at the city is what you’re looking for you’ll probably keep your curtains closed, like us. Except for that it was a pleasant stay. In the building is also washing machine and elevator. Rooms was daily cleaned and shampoo and shower gel was provided.

The dormitory bed is large and there is also space to put small things around. The locker is a size that can be large backpack enough. The relaxing space is also on the 1 floor and 2 floor. It is in the center of Phuket Town, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is also free bread, cereal and drinks, microwave oven and refrigerator on the first floor.

This was my first hostel on my trip in Thailand, and really set the standards high! The rooms were spacious, clean and large. I absolutely loved the ‘booth’ type beds and the bathroom/shower facilities are excellent and well kept. There is a launderette attached to the hostel also! It is located in the Old Town, which is gorgeous! It is a 30 min drive to PaTong and a taxi cost us €4 each (4 of us) to get there! The staff are gorgeous and so kind. We rented a moped near the hostel for an entire day. We had to give one of our passports to the shop in order to rent it. When we returned at 7pm, the moped shop was closed and we had planned a trip to James Bond island for 6:30am the next day. My boyfriend and I were very concerned about the passport so we approached the reception. A lady working there reassured us and kindly offered to return the key and helmets to the moped shop and collect our passport. And she did! When we returned to the hostel after our day trip, she greeted us with our passport and confirmation that all items were returned to the moped shop. We are so grateful for her kindness and help. She made us feel less anxious and we were able to enjoy our day trip. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
