The overall condition is good; everything has met my expectations for a standard hotel room. However, there is one thing that I'm unsatisfied with: I booked a room for three adults, but the amenities provided are only for two people (two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, two towels, etc.). There's no telephone number to call the front desk, so I went down personally to inform them about the situation. The staff promised to send the missing items to our room later, but no one came at all.

Hotel is old but room is clean. Basement carpark is dirty and has sewage smell but otherwise the whole hotel seems relatively clean. Basic amenities are provided, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, hand soap, cotton bud, shower and shampoo. Only shaver not provided. Location is good near KSL mall.

As noted on reviews on other websites it is common to see tiny roaches in the rooms. I was hesitant to ask them to spray the room because I did not want to sleep with insect poison in the room. Reception staff is very friendly. The hotel is small, but noisy both day and night. It seems that you can hear everything that the staff and other guests say and do. Just a few minutes walk to Larkin and to many restaurants. Location is great. It is ok for a night or two. Downstairs is noisier, but very weak wifi upstairs

Great location, right beside KSL. But the mall was closed due to CNY. The rooms were dated but very clean All the staff from check-in counter to house keeping and restaurant were very friendly and professional. Breakfast situation was pretty chaotic the restaurant was very full until the staff had to open banquet tables for guests waiting in the queue. Food was mediocre but it was replenished very quickly. Overall, a pretty good hotel if the rates are reasonably priced.

The deposit is high, RM200 per room eventho you've paid full in advance. Room was at the basement, i dont think there's access to the lobby unless u drive up. Everything need to ask hotel, i.e. Iron and iron board. Phone hotel was not working so had to use other room's phone to request. Toilet smells like peeeee. Otherwise all fine.

Hotel is clean and basic. Staff service was alright, not particularly outstanding. We stayed in their standard room and deluxe room. Standard room has no fridge and slightly smaller. Deluxe room has a fridge which totally not cold, and separate shower and toilet area. Not worth it to pay extra for the deluxe room. Basic toiletries like toothbrush, one shower cap and shower gel, shampoo is provided. Towels and pillow limited to 2 per room, but u can request for extra pillow. No hand towel or other amenities (comb, sanitary bag) provided. Water pressure and temp is good. Wifi is slow, small tv. Some room has smoking smell, though non smoking floor. Didn’t try the restaurant. They have a 7-11 beside which is the added plus point. Need to drive out for food or other activities. KSL about 5-10 mins drive. For the price, it is a very basic hotel.

with a fee of RM 42++ in line with today's prices.. a strategic location, the hotel is close to many facilities such as restaurants. the hotel is safe to occupy because the entrance has an access card. the facilities provided in the hotel are ok. there is a place to iron clothes, there is a water filter, there is a shower heater. the price of the room is in line with the price. I took a budget room only but it is comfortable even though the toilet is outside the room but the toilet is maintained clean and fragrant
