Despite there are some issue on my booking upon check-in, the hotel service team provided a very good services in resolving my issue.
Also thanks for the birthday decoration for my partner and he is happy with that.
Love the view, and will book the hotel again if I am visiting Phuket again.

A good and peaceful property with neat and clear environment. If you want to stay and want to go nowhere then this is the best property but if you want to go anywhere then this is far away from the main location and you need to pay lots of rent but if you need to rent a bike then it’s ok.

This Pullman is not the newest but a really lovely hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing time at the hotel. There’s not much around the hotel. 2 massage stores and a nail salon we’ve seen.
But the hotel
Itself has a great pool and a private beach. We went end of April and it was the hottest time of the year. As the private beach is inside a lagoon with not really deep water, the ocean was hot like a bathtub. But the look is very beautiful.
To Phuket old town it’s around 24 minutes by taxi and to patong beach around 35 min. So still ok to go out.
The staff was more than welcoming and positively nice. All of them. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve had so far. Very high quality and loads of options.
So if you’re looking for a high quality relaxing time then this is the place to stay.

Really beautiful hotel: pools, activities: especially aqua aerobics, pools. Breakfast was amazing🩷 Very friendly stuff, but the cleanliness is not so much… the housekeeping lady never moped the floor in the room, just changed the towels and wiped the dust a little. The gym was great: a lot of equipment. The location is remote but there are really nice massage shops, restaurants, money exchange, laundry service are less than a minute away.

Everything went great, the staff was responsive and polite, the rooms were spacious, and the sea view was gorgeous. The location is excellent, very quiet area, the sea is not very deep, which is convenient with children. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Overall for service is excellent, only a small thing for amenities kit in room. The hotel should provide a sleeper to guest to avoid any dust or sand on the floor.
