God location close to Kata beach and right bedside the night market. Lots of traffic until the night market closes at 11. Adjacent to other guests houses, so privacy could be an issue. Also late at night you can here the drunk Russians

The hotel was a horror, but with two scent displays from 7-11 it worked. Rooms are very musty and sheets are only changed every 5 days and only upon express request, despite a breathtaking €400 for 5 days in a -5 star hotel. Breakfast was free, but you could have skipped it. At least the staff was very nice**

Отель находится на ночном рынке ката, рядом много кафе и стрит фут) в номере есть чайник, пляжные полотенце дают, но меняют 1 раз в три дня. В целом норм, есть завтраки, есть что поесть)

I’ve booked this place for 7 nights based on Agoda reviews. I’m paying £50 per night for the pleasure of staying here. I’ll let you form your own opinion as I list the issues I’ve had below. Shower didn’t work. Patio doors wouldn’t close fully or lock. Toilet broke. No plug for the basin to shave, when I asked for one I was shouted back at WE NO HAVE!! Half the lights in the room are broken. Room is very tired and dated. Staff have no English Owner is one of the rudest guys I’ve ever met. They won’t even give you a knife to butter your toast at breakfast…am I in prison??? There are more, but I think I’ve made my point. Also, please do not use Agoda. They have no customer support and only post positive reviews.
