Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.

Very nice hostel indeed. Extremely friendly staff (hi to Soda!), very well presented accommodation. A swimming pool no less! Plus it is in an excellent location for shops - there's the limelight shopping centre next door as well as the 'indie market' every weds-fri. The old town is five mins walk away also. And if you are wanting to go to the airport then the bus stops at the 7-eleven next door. Bus Station 1 is five mins walk away (takes you to Krabi inter alia). Breakfast was very good too. Only grumble is that the place smelt of cigarette smoke, fumes from the smoking area by the front door easily percolated through the entire building. also the balcony of my room was a smoking area - the smoke would get in the room itself. i didn't like. however, not enough for me to knock a star off - definitely a great hostel - thanks so much!!!!!

We stayed at Z Nite Hostel for two nights and had an amazing experience. The people who work there are so kind and friendly, the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable and each bed has curtains and a mini fan. The cafe attached to the hostel has good cheap food and they let you use the TV to watch movies on Netflix. They give free breakfast and coffee, tea and biscuits all days as well as bottled water. Could not fault this place, our favourite hostel on our whole trip. Thank you to the lovely Z Nite staff!

Sleep Sheep Phuket Hoatel.🏠 Hostel style, but there is a separate room with 2 floors and 1 single bed. We get a bunk bed room for 487 baht per night in Tip.com very good value. The room is just right, the bathroom is clean, the corridor is not narrow. The staff is very nice. There are recommendations for us to travel as well, kind, we travel alone, don't be afraid at all. - Uh-huh.

The hotel is very accessible to phuket old Town. A short walking distance away. Phuket Indy night market that opens on Wed - Fri night was also located at the foot of the hotel. Was indeed a lovely stay, filled with good food choices around.

Snoozy was exactly the place I imagined when I looked at photos online, beds are so comfy, the athmosphere is great with nice lighting and decor. Everything was super clean and welcoming. I was most happy with how accommodating they were when there was a mix up with me booking the wrong night and how flexible they were with luggage storage and checking in and out times. Stayed with friends and a young kid and it was perfect for us.

This little hotel ,off the beaten track but accessible to facilities,was my unplanned home for 10 days . Yes j contracted Covid and was directed there to convalesce.However the experience was amazingly diluted by the warmth and friendliness of the staff team ,efficiency of room service and attention to detail beyond the call of normal expectations. All staff were professional and proactive in dealing with requests and enquiries and the team had a defined caring culture which was conducive to recovery and assisted in stress reduction during a trying time .The manager starfish deserves special mention as she problem solved decisively and proactively while maintaining excellent guest relations. Therefore I can only but recommend this little hotel as a must stay if in phuket town and I sincerely thank staff for their kind support and efficiency at all times .

Hotel in the bustling district of Phuket Town Rooms have dark wood floors and bathtubs. There is also a large refrigerator and microwave, which is the taste of a serviced apartment. It was said that a simple breakfast was included, but it was not served due to the corona disaster. There is a cafe on the first floor. There is also a small pool, and the Limelight SC opposite is convenient with a food court, restaurant, drug store, Thai massage and mini supermarket. The bakery croissants are delicious.
