The best hotel we have ever been. The services are incredible, from every part. You can’t any default from their quality. Never experience that before. Want to return back very soon. This is the best of the best.

The room smells nice and there is no peculiar smell. The breakfast is a pleasant surprise and tastes good. The environment is good and the hotel is very comfortable to stay in. The space is large and there is a balcony. The environment is very clean and the air conditioner is also very new. The shower is separated into dry and wet areas and the shower head is very large. The overall feeling is very comfortable.

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

Well it is important to give fair and honest feedback. We arrived about mid-day and was welcomed and checked in which was made easy and shown to our room. We had a sea front room on 3rd floor with nice views out onto the road, beach. Overall the hotel is in a good position with a walk into the town and busy area if you wish to experience the more busy side with people , bars. Good restaurants and bars and plenty with happy hour. Hotel has two good pools and cleaning staff for your room everyday. It was a shame that not all areas of hotel was open or entrance gates to make it easier to get in, out. Spa was not open or all the bars which was a shame. The room was ok but needs a little upgrade. Staff helpful and there to help. Easy to get a taxi into town if you wished. Overall had a great stay and week exploring the area and great trips. Hotel is good and location.

This is the most satisfying accommodation for my trip. The boss is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, and he will come to greet you in person on the day of arrival, so don't worry about not being able to find the place. There are 711, spa, and various restaurants nearby, everything is available. The boss prepared snacks for us in the room, and there are drinks in the refrigerator. Toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. The beach is a few steps down, and the villa swimming pool is also very clean. You can switch freely. There are not many people on the beach, which is basically a private beach, very suitable for parent-child play. In a word, you just need to feel at ease to check in, and the thoughtful boss will help you solve your problems. Oh, the boss also accompanied us to order food, because he said that takeout was too expensive, so I saved at least 100 yuan for a hearty dinner. Must be full marks💯

We liked this hotel very much! Great location, Karon beach is just across the road. Pools and slides are perfect. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choice. We’ll definitely stay again in this hotel if we are in Thailand.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

He introduced us to various attractions in Phuket and helped us book various airport pick-ups and drop-offs and itineraries to Emperor Island. I must give the boss a good review. I couldn't bear to take them apart for bathing. Hahaha. There is a big swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. Someone cleans it every day. The water is warm. I go swimming in the evening and all the fatigue of the day is gone. It's very enjoyable. The restaurant here is also worth praising. It is an open restaurant with not many tables, but each table is unique. I think the boss is really attentive to the layout. Eating here in the morning, the sun shines on the table, with the blue sky, white clouds and breeze, it's too comfortable. The taste of breakfast is also quite good. It is recommended to eat in the morning. The most satisfactory thing about the Phuket trip for a few days can be said to be this hotel. I really hope to have the opportunity to come again next time.

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Location: convenient, go to the beach to eat seafood, convenient, next to a 711. Boss: Chinese, very comfortable to communicate with. The sign near the swimming pool clearly stated that swimming is not allowed after 9 o'clock in the evening, but this group of people ignored it. I really couldn't sleep well. I told the front desk staff, but they didn't listen to the management and continued to swim, shouting non-stop. Their quality is really low, *******.
