My family stayed for a week and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated white lovely outlooks. The grounds are very beautiful but the private beach is not swim-able and the chalets on the water are no longer there. It's on the quiet side of the island so we had to taxi everywhere for meals, as the hotel only provides breakfast. Would be amazing if they did meals and bar service from breakfast until late. At times hard to find a staff member to help but everyone was very helpful once located! The pool is beautiful and is a great way to ease in to a long holiday in Vietnam.

Excellent place to enjoy sunrise on the beach! Romantic for couples to have honeymoon here peaceful away from busy city so you guys should buy some foods! The price is not to hight for a trip cause lots of restaurants nearby

Jedynka, mimo, że mogłoby być wyżej, gdyby obiekt nie chował głowy w piasek, ale po kolei. Po pierwsze, pokój miał mieć 80 metrów, a sam pokój ma może z 20 plus kuchnia na tarasie może z 10-15, to wszystko. Celowe wprowadzenie w błąd. Po drugie, meble są już zniszczone. Łóżko tak skrzypi, że obie noce mieliśmy problem się wyspać. Oświetlenie tarasu działa tylko w części. Pierwszego dnia wifi nie działało w naszym pokoju (kolejnego dnia poprawili - plus). W basenie wystawały przewody zamiast lampy (drugiego dnia zabezpieczyli po uwagach, plus). Pierwszego dnia śniadanie było tylko na zasadzie wyboru z karty, drugiego dnia poprawili (bufet). W około wanny zagrzybiały silikon, słuchawka wystająca z dziury bez żadnej rozety. Bateria w wannie nie działa. Największe minusy to rozpadające się leżaki przy basenie i pełno mrówek i muszek, nie poleżysz w spokoju. To, co obiekt nazywa prywatną plażą to sztuczny prostokąt bez leżaków, bez hamaków, z brudnym piaskiem. Przy zameldowaniu podpisujesz cennik każdej rzeczy z pokoju, od razu czujesz się jak złodziej. Przy wymeldowaniu czekasz, aż sprawdzą pokój - znowu czujesz się jak złodziej. Mimo zgłoszenia reklamacji, nikt nie raczył odpowiedzieć przez cały pobyt ani nam, ani bookingowi. Byliśmy w prawie każdym hotelu przy tej ulicy i przyznamy, że ten jako jedyny nie miał żadnego klimatu. Spędziliśmy czas w innych hotelach w ciągu dnia, tutaj tylko spaliśmy. Na 11 hoteli w których byliśmy, ten był najgorszy. Przede wszystkim dlatego, że ktoś nie potrafi go prowadzić i nie potrafi rozmawiać z klientami. Tylko próba robienia pieniędzy na nieprawdziwych informacjach, a później ignorowanie reklamacji. Słabo, bardzo słabo. Nie psuj sobie pobytu wizytą tutaj, a jeśli już tu trafiłeś u czujesz się oszukany, weź skuter i skorzystaj z innych atrakcji wzdłuż ulicy, jest kilka fajnych miejsc. Edycja: Dla manipulacji, hotel przyznał 50% zwrotu za pobyt, po czym przez pół roku informuje, że właściciel jest poza granicą więc nie może wykonać zwrotu. Booking rozkłada ręce. Po prostu oszuści, bo nie można tego inaczej nazwać.

Great place to stay. It’s quiet and out the way. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free use of SUPs and bikes. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Fridge with mini bar in room. The food at the restaurant was freshly maid to order and I enjoyed every meal.

We booked 6 nights at Naomi Resort looking for a peaceful place at the end of our first trip to Vietnam. The place is very clean and rooms basic.Staff were polite and tried hard to assist. We chose wrongly as the beach/water area is pretty much un swimable.Rocks guard the water from access from the resort. The main problem for westerners is access to transport,if you dont ride motorbikes there is only taxi for transport to restaurants or any normal tourist options.Grab would not even come to get us even with 200000Dong quote! I would say this place suits asian or European tourists from Italy etc who are comfortable on scooters.

Special resort with bungalow on the sea, unique and very friendly with nature. I can even feeding the fishes in the water under my bungalows. Though they changed the owner but the service still remains the same. Great place for hideaways and far from crowded like Duong Dong or Ganh Dau. But if you like to see people and see the crowded, this is not the place for you

It's perfect to lie down on a bungalow over the sea and look through the wide window! If you open the door without going through the window and go outside, you can lie down on the sunbeds neatly laid out and have a water hole. You can have a glass of iced beer at an outdoor restaurant and drink water. A place where you can have fun together even if you just stare blankly at people playing in the pool. With the setting sun in the distance, it's a great place to go to a place where you can tell it's a fishing boat just from the silhouette in the distance.

We had a very nice family stay in the main hotel. Nice deep pool. The bungalows over the sea looked lovely. I'd recommend for a romantic weekend. The restaurant and cleaning staff were lovely. We were lucky with the weather.

Nicely presented, clean room with great view. They set up a waterfront dinner on arrival which was great and there’s an amazing water view. Is a bit of a distance from services and taxi rides are expensive. We hired scooters for $7 a day though for a great self guided tour. A day off the end of the jetty was very relaxing. Downsides, Tv in or room was broken and the pool was dirty the first 2 days, clean on the day we left. Food was average but we walked to a couple of nearby restaurants that were amazing. No on site massages as advertised.

The attitude of the staff is not enthusiastic.... Ordered breakfast even though it was the earliest, but the food and drinks were made very slowly by the staff, there was no regular person at the bar. Breakfast fee does not include 5% service 8% tax. Laundry staff told to leave the basket outside the door, someone came over to pick it up in the evening, but when I woke up at 8 am, no one came to pick up the laundry. Resort rooms are clean and beautiful, very peaceful. Far from the center, the taxi fare from here to the center is 500,000 both going and returning.

Our stay was very relaxing and chilling. Our accommodation ( over water ) was a one off beautiful memory that probably will not be repeated again. The staff - they went over and above on anything that was requested. Very helpful and attentive. It’s quite remote , but that is part of the enjoyable ambiance that you get from this part of the island. ATVB to everyone there from John & Mandy ( Kent , England.)

Very nice place to stay, the bungalow on the beach definitely gave you a feel of “Maldives” but in Phu Quoc. The staff was really nice. They willingness to work with you. I love the small dog that they have. Really friendly as he greeted every customers and thought he was a highlight and make my stay 10 time better.

We took the chalet, very nice, but that's all. Away from it all, you ask for information on to go places to eat and you are given approximates. We asked for motorbike rental and were given a malfunctioning motorbike for the price of 180000VND (for a lower price we got a brand new motorbike in da nang). The second day we ask for a motorbike that works and as soon as we stop for petrol the motorbike doesn't start again, we wait 10 minutes it starts again and we go back to the hotel... no apologies or explanations. We are told we would not pay for the bikes. Third day we are given a working motorcycle. The last night we take the bike for 1 HOUR to give the restaurant 110000VND for 1 hour thieves would be a compliment. The sauna doesn't work. Staff doesn't try to be the least bit polite except for one girl at breakfast. At the end of the stay we ask to pay all the extras and we pay. We go away and we are called in the taxi that we have not paid for 4 days of motion ... shameful. I won't go back and I don't recommend it.

It is a hotel that is not far from the airport and easily accessible.
