Hotels with Bars in Phu Quoc Island

The hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

The dusit offers good meals, big pool, nice gym and great service, especially the staff MY. MY told me lots of useful information about restaurants and sightseeing places. I definitely will come back to Dusit again.

The establishment was very beautiful and serene, and everything was clean and very luxurious. The shops in the surrounding area were very traditional, which was lovely to experience, and there were many convenience stores dotting the surrounding area. The staff was excellent and super helpful and kind. They also helped us to arrange several tours, our favorite being the island hopping tour. The one downside to this place is that the restaurants and the amenities were very expensive. Prices were inflated, sometimes quadruple the amount outside so we saw many people frequenting places off the premises. My recommendation would be to have more variety of places to eat and drink that won’t break the bank and I’m sure this establishment will have many more customers. To add, the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It’s definitely worth checking out and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a good stay but I would consider it as a 4 star instead of 5 and there were some issues during our stay. Pros: 2 swimming pools. One of them on the beach and also the beach is “private* thought anyone can come if they wish to. It’s just a bit far from other places. Staff are friendly in general. They have an airport shuttle at certain times I believe it is every 2 hour so if it suits you you can have a free shuttle service. Cons: It is a very much family friendly hotel and if you are a couple and looking for a quite romantic getaway it might not be suitable? if you are unlucky you will just be having kids playing valleyball in the swimming pool screaming all day along. And the staff do not do anything about it although there is a sign saying “be considerate and not to make loud noise”. Breakfast is okay, a lot of unhealthy stuff like cakes, fries etc etc. Not much facilities in the room not even an espresso machine but a kettle and powder coffee. As some of the other reviews say we had a horrible smell coming from drain and the housekeeping had to spray the room to cover up the smell.

Room was ok in general but some of the fittings didn’t make sense—electrical outlet right next to the sink, clothes hooks set really high up, small shower partition so the bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery. Not child friendly. Our room had a great view, the pools and beach were amazing, and hotel is right across from a night market with lots of food choices.

A very cozy hotel. It is located in the Jungle. Professional, friendly staff. The massage is great, I definitely recommend visiting the SPA at this hotel. The area is green and clean. Good food in the restaurant and good breakfasts. The room cleaning is good. Upon check-in, there was a compliment from the hotel. Thanks to the staff for a great my rest. I recommend visiting this hotel

The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, one of the worst where we have been. A lot of package tourists who behave terribly. Everything in the hotel is done on stream. None of the staff cares about you. There is a constant crowd of people leaving/arriving in the lobby. It's dirty everywhere. When you arrive, you see a very dirty roof over the main entrance. This is a Turkish hotel with a corresponding contingent. There are holes in the floor in the room, swollen and bad furniture everywhere, the door to the balcony does not close (the hole through which the lizard climbed to us at night), a bad refrigerator. The price is clearly too high, I do not recommend it and will never stop again. The only plus is the tickets to the show, that's it.

Nice view . Large swimming pool. Has private beach and offer kayaking, beach volleyball activities. Shuttle bus to night market and airport is very convenient. My husband wasn’t feeling well and hotel quickly arranged a doctor to assist. The bath wasn’t cleaned thoroughly.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

First the food in room service is very bad quality and overpriced. I've got sick and we had to use it but i preferred stay hungry then. Not enoug sunbeds at the beach: you should go to the beach not later then 8 am to get a couch. Only one person speaks good english at reception and is really helpful and nice guy named Felix. Other staff gives you wrong information and their english is hardly understandable. During the morning time they shower the grass and it smells with a toilet septic. The breakfast is ok and location is perfect. The beach itself is probably the best at Phu Qu Ok
