First time came here, it was difficult to find because the hotel is inside the mall. But when i went inside the room, i was satisfied with the room since it’s spacious and cozy. Will definitely repeat next time.

The hotel is located at a strategic place. Easy access to PJ and KL.
Also convenient to go for shopping as it is connected to the shopping complex.
Parking is easy as many parking lots available after 9pm.
Room is clean and we have a pleasant stay here.

It is a very good hotel, location is perfect. Shopping mall is just downstairs. Service is nice. PPR high.

Our go to hotel with easy parking, good amenities, easy access from highway, plenty of FnB, massage, spa, salon, things to do in the Mall. Easy to check in and check out. Parking per 1 time at Rm5+ rate. Rooms spacious, bathroom clean. Pillows a bit worn but gv 2 pcs.

Room is very spacious but very old, phone and cable not working and one of the toilet lock is broken.

The overall journey was good but I strongly suggest Trip.com to amend and update the photos because they no longer have swimming and gym available for use. However, you can get a few % off if you shop in the shopping centre next to the hotel but only some shops. The housing keeping guy was really helpful and friendly so was the receptionist.
