Exceptional. Staff were as welcoming as you can wish for and the room itself was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again. Hats off to the team, this is what a hotel should feel like. Only feedback I could give is the minibar prices need to be easily accessible. I was more than happy to pay the premium for the mini bar, but without a price list available it’s anyone’s guess. Better to be transparent, as I said, I was willing to pay the premium if I knew what it was!
Other than that tiny detail - wonderful.

Very good location within CBD with nice room view and the cleanliness is the best! Definitely will go back again if I have a chance to travel back to Perth !

The hotel is considered a good value for the price in Australia. It's worth mentioning that the hotel even provides disposable slippers, which are rarely seen in Australia. The service is decent, but compared to hotels in China, it falls a little short. The only thing to complain about is the $45 breakfast, which seems a bit basic. The hotel should consider checking out the buffet breakfasts offered by other hotels.

Hotel located at city centre, very convenient. A short walk to Elizabeth Quay and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. Hotel do not provide full amenities (eg. Toothbrush and toothpaste), need to request. And also, the housekeeping forgot to refill the hair conditioner during our stay.

The Hotel is cashless and do not accept cash payment. Your platform did not mention about cashless payment and that they charge 1.9% for credit card payment! Therefore, your confirmation letter says pay at Hotel AU$ 1,571 is incorrect because I ended up paying more than AU$ 1,571 at the hotel with credit card 1.9% surcharge. The Hotel supposed to preauthorize AU$ 376.00 but instead had charged my credit card on 22 Jan 2024 the amount of AU$ 383.14. Hence, I felt cheated by the hotel.

The second hotel I stayed in Perth. I stayed in a Melbourne hotel before. The room was very cold with two large windows. It was warm immediately after moving into the InterContinental Hotel. I learned another lesson: the room temperature of a hotel with a high degree of standardization is also standardized.
I have stayed in the InterContinental Hotel in Hong Kong. The old chain hotel has a high degree of standardization, and the sanitary environment and service facilities are reassuring. It is close to the theater. Although there is no mountain and sea view, the small streets are very warm. London Street is not far away, and it is convenient for shopping.
The temperature is lower than expected, 16 degrees and it rains from time to time (it rains a lot, it stops when it comes). The clothes are thin, so there is a local men's clothing brand when I go out. It is very exquisite and affordable. I bought two cotton pullovers for my husband.
