Great location with many eateries within walking distance. Spacious room and clean. Only suggestion to the management is to fit with more hooks in bathroom for clothes hanging.

Even with the Chinese New Year price hike, the service was still great. The location is super convenient for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. The facilities are new, and the service is top-notch. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Didn't expect Chaoshan to be so popular this Chinese New Year. Even a Hanting hotel was going for 1,500 a night, which is really overpriced. I booked this for my parents, thinking it would be convenient since it's close to the ancient city, but it was absolutely packed with people.

This was my worst experience at an Atour hotel. When I checked in, they said they needed to inspect the room and I had to wait ten minutes. Upon entering, I found the trash can lid was sticky, and items in the amenity kit had been opened and not replaced. The next day, I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would improve cleanliness. However, when I returned to my room that evening, the used towels had only been taken away and no fresh ones were provided. The shower head was incredibly loud when in use, and water also overflowed from the shower partition. The night light setup was also extremely inconvenient; it would turn on every time I shifted in bed at night, severely disrupting my sleep.

The female receptionist at check-in didn't say a word, had a cold face, and didn't tell me how to get to my room or which direction to go. I had to ask, and then a male staff member came over and explained everything, turns out it was a very convoluted route with many turns. I stayed for two nights and kept getting lost in the winding corridors. Frankly, compared to the Ji Hotel chain in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region, the service here is quite a bit worse.

the room view was terrible, some place backyards. using dryer of their services the dryer was never dry up our cloth even few times. until some other customers also making complaints. even inform their investors which come to visit. will not ever came to this hotel again

Free laundry service was a plus. Clean, modern, and functional rooms. Large TV in room. Breakfast was not particularly tasty but was satisfactory. Apparently you need a local number to connect to the wifi. Overall a pleasant stay.

A 100% satisfactory hotel with enthusiastic and warm services provided by every.staff from front desk staff to room service staff. Cleanliness and bright. Don't hesitate to visit this hotel again .
