The hardware facilities of Hilton Garden Inn are generally newer, and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are positioned for mid-range family travel, with refrigerators, microwaves, pots and pans. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or taken away, and the service is very humane. This hotel maintains the consistent standards of the brand. There is a seminary designed by Saarinen nearby, which is worth a visit~

I just wanted to send a shout out to the gentleman who I believe was the manager on duty Monday evening, 01/30. As I was checking in he was passing by, welcomed me and then proceeded to ask me what brought me to town. I responded with that I taking my state board exam for Nursing. He wished me luck and off I went to my room. The next morning I had just finished breakfast and was lounging in the lobby area to waste time. He was passing by and then proceeded to wish me luck for my exam again, which took me by surprise. The fact that he remembered a conversation from the night before and then went out of his way to send good wishes put a smile on my face and was exactly what I needed to hear. His genuine attitude and demeanor is hard to find these days! Just wanted to say thank you. I passed my exam and if I’m ever back in the Fort Wayne area I know what hotel to book.

Came to the area for a wedding and was pleasantly pleased with the hotel accomodations and amenities. Breakfast was provided every morning near the lobby but the kitchenette in the suite was perfect if you wanted to bring in groceries to make your own. The suite had a full fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The washroom was large with a nice size shower and very clean. Each room in our 1 bedroom suite could control their own temperatures for those that like to sleep with cooler/warmer temps. If you wander down to the restaurant on site you have to try their Oink burger or their Austin Street Tacos. Both fabulous!!!! Reception staff was fantastic both at checkin and checkout. Thank you for a seamless stay. Would recommend.

Everything would have been fine if we weren't put into a room with no working TV and a rattling AC unit that kept us awake. I asked to speak to the sales manager but apparently she was called off sick and I left my email for her but did not hear back. Left phone# too. I asked for some compensation. Nothing was done.
