Justa Rasa Retreat & Spa Rishikesh

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view on the mountains and good breakfast

JUSTA rasa is very well managed resort. The staff is extremely polite and kitchen team is always willing to assist for any special food request that is there. In our stay we requested some special meal and the staff went out of thier way to see to it that was provided. In fact during one the evenings I also got a call from the staff enquiring whether we would be having our dinner at the hotel. They are mindful and prompt. The pool is small compared to what it looks like in the hotel pics. Rooms are small but well appointed. They are clean. Aircon works well. The only negative is the hotel is that it's is not in rishikesh but almost 20 kms away in a area known as Mohan Chatti. The last 2 kms approach is very rough. It seems that most of the upcoming development is in this area only and hence roads may get upgraded eventually. This location adds to your transport cost from hotel to the location of ganga aarti, as the hotel does not provide any shuttle service to TAPOVAN area. In case you are travelling with group of adults or in rishikesh only for aarti and not leisure, I would recommend you to stay near TAPOVAN atea in rishikesh, if for leisure and trip is more than 3 nights, hands down go for JUSTA RASA! All and all , a good experience, kudos to Justa team! Suggestions :- 1) incentivise the stay of the guest by proving subsidised transport to Tapovan. You can't make money everywhere. Ganga aarti is the only reason why someone would come to rishikesh ( primarily)

Resort is gud but the location is really too far from the city n has jus 23 rooms.There is nothing much to do apart from pool.But overall our stay was gud with good food service was quick...since we went in may there was no water alongside the resort must b bttr wen it's rainning..

i had a very pleasant stay here. i travelled with my friends. Staff of the resort is very helpful. they guided us so well on our way to hotel. they even organised our river rafting as per our request. In the evening resort had a great ambience by pool with some drinks.

The atmosphere and service was excellent at the property. I would like to give a special credit to the F&B team (Mr. Suresh Lal ji) for taking excellent care of us during our visit. The entire staff is very cooperative and supportive. Thanks..

Highly motivated team of staff at Justa Rishikesh, ably led from the front by their GM - Naveen Vishen. Though the last few km drive to the hotel were horrendous, the services of all staff made up for all the short comings. We were 4 family's and due to 2 infants, very demanding & found all our requests being met / fulfilled with a broad smile. From the time we woke up & till the time we slept, we found the GM on his toes and left us wondering when he slept.

Nice place …it is next to a steam and nestled in valley ….boutique set up is manned by nicest of staff …network is an issue May be because it is in valley but wifi too is weak …rest everything is excellent

This was not a family friendly hotel and will list down the exact reasons: Pros: 1. Staff behaviour was nice and caring. 2. Room was decent 3. Food was ok Cons ( not in their control) 1. The location of the resort is not just far ~25km from Rishikesh, the Terran is also very hilly, unsafe and almost jam-packed. Took me almost 2 hours from Rishikesh to reach this place. 2. The river next to resort has dried up and there is construction going on in-front, hence not an expected ambiance. Cons( completely in control and the reason for 1 star) 1. There is party almost every with loud noise till late 10:30. Had to argue to get it shutdown to let my kid have some sleep. I wanted to book a resort for some piece which was not at all there. 2. Wifi will not work at all. Whatever they will say and try bit it doesn't work. 3. Worst part is people are drinking and smoking in the lawn which is infront of rooms. Felt like am in a bar. This is not what i paid for and wanted my kid to see and feel. 4. Parking is way too congested with construction going on and gets trouble some to park. 5. No medical facility like basic stomach medicines or ointments. Overall not a property where i will visit again or recommend to any family.

With negligible signage this is light years away from Rishikesh ..incredibly difficult to reach with construction and trash surrounding the property, it’s a mini gem surrounded by the mountains. If overpriced rooms and substandard food is your thing.. you are in for a treat.. What makes it unique is there is nothing in the neighbourhood that one can purchase .. the sole dependence on the property to deliver everything makes it even more worth it ..
