Travelled for a business trip and had a pleasant time staying at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria. Location is super convenient as there is a direct link to the mall next door, which made it safe for female travelers. Only downside was that the air conditioning was stuck at 20-21 degrees Celsius and it was way too cold to sleep/work in the room. Told the reception about it and they arranged for an engineer to try and fix it, but it didn't work at all :( Had to sleep with multiple towels to keep warm

Everything is good, including the room, breakfast, in room dining, service etc, the only problem is the water is not hot enough for taking a bath.

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit!
The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!
