2km North of the main drag, the location boasts bars and restaurants supported by local patrons. Quieter than main drag but excellent food. Quiet room which was clean and shiny. Common areas well presented. Good buffet breakfast covers western and Thai tastes. Easy to find with good sheltered parking - mostly foreign tourists so plenty of empty spaces. We took a Grab taxi to Central Festival and explored Beach Road from there. Will visit again and explore more of the area on foot. Loved the German Beer and micro brew locations which are easily reached from hotel.

One of the best hotels in terms of comfort, privacy, luxury . Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff, but noisy during date as in front of the hotel new hotel is being built which will at least take a year to finish.

Very nice and clean hotel. Looks very new, overall I have good impression except they started drilling walls at 9 am, and that is way too early in Pattaya
