I've always visited Bangkok, Koh Samui, and Phuket before, so this was my first time in Pattaya. We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, and the front desk staff processed our check-in quickly and gave us a really great room, just as we requested.

2205782****Pros: Great for kids! The beach has fun water activities and vendors, and the outdoor children's center is also very engaging. There are plenty of kids' activities in the pool too. Plus, the hotel's location is excellent. There are many great restaurants right outside, and it's just a short walk to the bustling downtown area.
Cons: We could never get a sun lounger. Even setting an alarm for 7 AM didn't help. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the price we paid for our room! It's ridiculous to have to rush down to claim a spot when paying so much. They should really have a VIP area or have hotel staff reserve loungers. This really detracted from our vacation experience. Also, our room had a musty smell, indicating they hadn't done a good job of mold removal. The stairs in the room were incredibly steep, making us nervous going up and down. And the night light was a nightmare! It would turn on with any movement and wouldn't turn off. We had to call the hotel at 3 AM to have them completely disable it so we could finally get some sleep.
Overall, it was good, and I'd consider staying again. However, I definitely wouldn't book this expensive room next time. A cheaper room would probably be a better option.

VVeronikaGGGMy boyfriend and I were looking for a great value hotel for our Pattaya getaway, and this place absolutely delivered. For what we paid, it felt like a luxurious steal!
We were greeted by the most welcoming and smiling team at reception were always cheerful and ready to help, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.
As a couple, we loved the pool area. The comfortable, padded sun loungers were perfect for relaxing together. The weekend DJ sessions created a fun and lively atmosphere that was ideal for a holiday mood without being too rowdy.
The location suited us perfectly. A short trip to the beautiful Wongamat Beach (the best in Pattaya, in our opinion) for a swim, and plenty of great massage spots nearby to unwind together. We also enjoyed being able to walk to Terminal 21 for shopping and entertainment.
The 100 THB daily credit per person was the cherry on top! It allowed us to enjoy a casual breakfast or poolside drinks together every day without worrying about extra costs. It made the excellent value feel even more incredible.
We highly recommend this hotel to other couples looking for a friendly, vibrant, and perfectly located stay that offers so much more than its price suggests. We will definitely be back!

Very Good
MMIC. JI chose this hotel with room size as my top priority because I dislike small, cramped spaces. Many hotels post exaggerated photos that look disappointing in person, but this one looked exactly like the pictures. The room had a balcony, which made it enjoyable to step outside and admire the view occasionally. I especially liked how the air conditioner frame was built into the structure—it made the balcony look very clean and organized. However, the outdoor unit was quite noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable. Modern system air conditioners are much quieter these days, so I hope you’ll consider replacing it during your next renovation.
The wooden interior gave the room a calm and cozy feeling, and the shower was completely separate, so no water splashed out. My socks stayed dry for once, which was great. However, the toilet paper holder was placed awkwardly behind me, which made it a bit inconvenient—this could be improved.
The hotel created a small garden area next to the lobby café, and the trees there were truly beautiful. They’re about three stories tall—not many of them, but with enough variety in species to really make you feel like you’re in the tropics. It’s clear they take excellent care of the plants, and I loved that.
I also really liked the hotel lobby itself. It’s spacious and open, with a grand feeling comparable to many 5-star hotels. The only downside is that it was too dark. The café, too, was such a nice space, but because of the dim lighting, I didn’t even realize it was open at first and just walked by. If the lobby were a bit brighter and the café more lively, it could bring in a lot of additional revenue from those facilities.
The male front desk staff with long hair spoke excellent English, and the female staff were all very kind. The doormen were also genuinely courteous—it felt natural, not forced. That said, sometimes having the door opened every single time can feel a bit unnecessary, so perhaps that could be adjusted. It might depend on the individual housekeeper, but after cleaning, the bed sheets weren’t tightly stretched, and the floor didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned. There was something slippery on the floor, and it stayed that way for several days, which made it quite uncomfortable. It would be much better if the housekeeping staff could first vacuum thoroughly to remove all the dust and then clean the floor with a damp mop to make it fresh and safe.
Finally, one last suggestion: unlike hotels in many other countries, the TV wasn’t a large smart TV, so Netflix and YouTube weren’t available. It would be great if that could be improved.

__WeChat276452****I initially booked one night online, then extended for another night after checking in, both without breakfast. The price was decent, much cheaper than the Hilton next door, and it shared the same commercial facilities and surrounding area. Apparently, this area where the hotel is located is Pattaya's earliest developed, most mature, and most central district. It's much more vibrant and lively than the northern and Jomtien areas, making it suitable for short trips. I purchased breakfast separately before and after checking in. The hotel's restaurant is open to the public, so even non-guests can buy breakfast, which I found very convenient. Breakfast was 150 Thai Baht, with a Russian flair, as the hotel has many Russian guests, evident by the Russian and English signage. The room size was good, with a bathtub. The facilities felt a bit dated, but the location was superb. There's a night market right below the hotel, which can get noisy at night, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers, or perhaps it was just the location of my room. The hotel's exterior is stylish and attractive, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and massage parlors nearby. It's a very short 5-minute walk to the famous Central Pattaya complex and about the same to the beach. If you have time, you can visit the Hilton on the upper floors of Central Pattaya for afternoon tea or a meal to overlook Pattaya Beach and enjoy the sunset views. It's also convenient to take a tuk-tuk or taxi to landmarks like the pier, bus station, and Terminal 21. Value for money is okay. When leaving, you can hand your key to the front desk, which feels quite secure. The hotel has a swimming pool. When I arrived, I was early, and the front desk offered me an early check-in (1-2 hours prior) or suggested I could use the pool area to shower and change. However, since I had breakfast and then went for a massage, I didn't actually check in early.

GGuest UserOn the second day, I slept in until noon. Too lazy to switch hotels, I just extended my stay. However, the room wasn't cleaned that night. Heads up: if you extend your stay, make sure to get your room cleaned before 5 PM! The air conditioner broke down several times, and I had to drag a chair over to restart it myself. Cleanliness was acceptable. As for the environment, please refer to my previous review; the room and balcony show signs of age, but at least the bed, wardrobe, and table are new. They provide a bar of soap, which is handy for a quick wash of light summer clothes you've worn all day, then hanging them to dry on the balcony! Front desk service was mediocre.
I lost 1000 Thai Baht. When I took money out of my pocket to pay the deposit, I must have fumbled putting it back and it probably fell on the ground! Most hotels in Bangkok don't even require a deposit, and this extra step just creates more opportunities for problems. I also lost a pair of slippers. I only realized it when I got to my next hotel. I was too lazy to come back and ask on the second day, but when I did on the third day, they said they couldn't find them.
I didn't even notice the swimming pool initially. It's located outdoors in the backyard. I only found out about it and went to take pictures when I came back to ask about the slippers. The young man near the side door by the front desk was very helpful. Otherwise... I wouldn't even want to give this rating!
