Very good without praise, but a little far from the city, suitable for people who don't like chaos. Jaona is very cute. At first I went with 2 friends, but another friend who didn't have a place to stay called and asked if she could stay. I got it without thinking about extra money. Thank you very much. Definitely going again 😍🥹⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room is quite deep from the main road. The room is clean, the bed is queen size, quite hard, the air conditioner is cold, the water is hot, but there is no hair dryer. At night, there was loud music from outside the shop. Got a room on the 4th floor, no elevator, walking is tiring. Nearby there is 7-11, can walk. Good receptionist, good-natured

Booked on Trip.com for four weeks, the price exceeded expectations and was very cost-effective. The hotel apartment is located in a non-tourist area of Pattaya. It is surrounded by local communities and has convenient living functions. Within a 5-minute walk there are 7/11 convenience stores, Cafe, Lotus Supermarket and various hawker stalls and self-service shops. laundry. The room is just like the photo, bright, clean, well-air-conditioned, with a terrace, and the staff's service attitude is very good, which is worthy of praise. It takes about 20 minutes to travel to the pedestrian street and city center.

A good hotel to stop for a short time. Location is not the best if you come to the sea. But if there is a moped or are ready to move on a taxi/mototaxi, that is not a problem. Nearly there is 7-11, night market, several cafes I lived on 1 floor. The room is large, corresponding to the photo. The view from the window was not very on both sides (one side to the corridor, the other side to the fence). But the view was not important to me, that is not a problem. The main thing is very clean!

It's not the newest hotel, but since they had an ownership and management change after COVID, you can hardly beat the value of the place. We liked that the hotel is not in the middle of the tourism and nightlife districts, as from the hotel you are right away on the main Sukhumvit Rd, and you can from here reach pretty much any location in Pattaya and Jomtien by car within 10 minutes, must faster then when we stayed at a beach road hotel, where you end up in major traffic jams, just to get away from your hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, yet a bit dated, but it seems they are upgrading them right now. During our stay we got a new larger tv installed ... Staff is very nice, Thai and German management was as well very helpful and friendly... All in all, a very decent hotel at excellent value.
