Absolutely amazing. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Beautiful apartment with balcony and a kitchen. Greeted by the host who is so friendly and helpful, very easy check in/out.
Short walk to the beach and restaurants. About 900m walk to the ferry and Parikia town.
Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and were so impressed by the kindness and attentiveness we received.
The room was lovey with an incredible balcony, very clean and a stones throw from the water and centre.
Will surely return and I would recommend it without second thought to anyone!

Loved our stay ! It is very close to the city center yet very quiet. The studio is spacious, with a huge balcony, and the common area are perfectly decorated. Would definetly come back !

Nice welcome by Ekaterini. She even offered us lemonade and cookies which was very appreciated. The gardens and common space are nice. The apartment is small for four people, but it was clean, though the kitchen was a little outdated. Main problem is with the location. It shows up as being downtown but it’s in the Livadia beach area, 15 minutes out of the center… Overall it was a pleasant stay.

the hotel is about 1km from the ferry dock. I had injured my shoulder so walking with my luggage was not an option. The owner kindly offered to pick my up at the dock. The room was clean, larger than I expected with a good view from the balcony. Excellent value.

Catrina was very helpful! She arranged everything for us and greeted u with a nice cold glass of lemonade which was ready great after our very hot walk from the port. The accommodation was very cosy! I would definitely recommend this hotel
