We loved the amazing views from our room, which was very comfortable. We travelled with a baby and managed to have our baby bottles sterilised by the room service team (after putting them in microwaveable sterilisation bags and giving lots of instructions to the team). Food from the hotel was good, though for the prices we were expecting a bit more. Sadly, the service was consistantly poor throughout our stay, be it the room service (we had to have a lot of back and forth discussions to ensure they would actually deliver what we were ordering, and among multiple blunders, we were overcharged once and given an already open jar of honey once), the restaurant service (the manager ended up reimbursing our breakfast orders to apologize), the Codage spa reservation team (45 min of back and forth to ensure we would get access to the hamman before our trea**ent and it turned out they didn't even end up booking the hammam and booked a 90 min trea**ent instead of a 60 min one), and the hotel reservation team ended up charging us for an extra bed we didn't ask for or get and that we had to contest.
