We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights, but we didn't stay consecutively. We went to Italy and Disney in between, so we booked for 2 nights, 1 night, and 2 nights separately.
The staff were kind, but they didn't understand that we had booked for 5 nights (I guess that's unavoidable in the system...), so we had to explain the same thing every time we checked out, which was a bit disappointing. Well, it's not Japan, so you can't expect that much.
The hotel is located a little way from Opéra Avenue, with many cafes and restaurants nearby, and it's just a short walk from the street with many Japanese restaurants. It was very convenient because Monoprix on Opéra Avenue was nearby. We walked to the Opéra and the Louvre. It's also close to the airport bus stop. We sometimes returned to the hotel in the middle of the night, but there were people around and it wasn't scary. That said, I don't recommend women walking alone at night.
The refrigerator in the room didn't have a freezer function (I think it's normal for them not to have one), so they chilled the ice packs for the butter to take home in the hotel freezer. It seemed like a common thing to do, and they were very nice to deal with. They also looked after our luggage while we went to Italy and Disney. It was very helpful.
As with all hotels in Paris, the rooms are small. It was fine for us since we only stayed there to sleep, but it would be a problem for people who want to relax in their room. There isn't enough space to pack, so it may be difficult if you have a large suitcase.
Prices are high and the yen is weak, but I think this hotel has reasonable accommodation prices.
The receptionists (24-hour service!) and the cleaning lady were all very friendly, and it was a good memory.
I would like to visit Paris again. Thank you.
