EXCELLENT SEJOUR DANS UN ENDROIT DE VERDURE ET DE CALME ABSOLU .Famille Bourguignon accueillante et sympathique .Lieu très bien sécurisé pour les enfants et les animaux qui sont acceptés et bien accueillis .La chambre que nous avions était parfaitement située .Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel ou tout permet de passer des vacances de rêve .Très bonne table exécutée par Mme Bourguignon accompagnée très bons vins .Situation prés du centre de Maussane les Alpilles ou l' on peut se rendre a pied .La région est magnifique .

We have been to this fabulous boutique hotel many times but not for a few years following Covid… The hotel, pool and gardens are immaculately presented and these standards are only surpassed by the welcome and service from the Bourguignon family and their team - nothing is too much trouble.. The hotel is a quiet location, a short walk from the quintessential Provençal villages of Maussane les Alpilles and Paradou. The copious breakfasts are nothing short of fabulous and at lunch and dinner, the restaurant serves carefully sourced premium ingredients cooked with serious talent.

Absolutely exceptional! Beautiful property, calm a**osphere, exceptional service and the most delicious breakfast we had! It’s a family run business and they make you feel so comfortable and make sure you feel at home. Victor is such a pleasure to deal with! :)

We have stayed here several times and this remains as good as ever. They management here clearly make sure that high standards are maintained, with rooms spotlessly clean and pool area tidy and cleaned each day. The hotel is within walking distance to the villages of both Maussane and Paradou where there are many excellent restaurants with a choice from pizza restaurants to with reasonably priced fine dining experiences. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant, Nancy Bourguignon, where we ate one evening. It is at the ‘fine dining’ end of the spectrum. The staff are helpful, especially the sommelier who helped us choose a good bottle of wine. The meal was well cooked and presented. As previously we can highly recommend this hotel.

Unobtrusive, small and well-kept hotel complex, but without comfortable lounges in bad weather. Reception rather impersonal. Rooms quite small with comfortable beds. No breakfast buffet, no egg dishes, no cheese, no meat. The served breakfast is predetermined with lots of fruit, quark, apple sauce, etc. The evening meal as part of the half-board consisted of a menu with an extremely small selection, but was excellent. If you stay for several days, there is basically the same menu every day. The hotel staff is friendly.

This is how we could describe our stay in this magnificent hotel-restaurant. After a very friendly welcome, we returned to our room on the ground floor, nestled in one of the magnificent gardens, where we appreciated the calm, serenity and beauty of the place. What can we say about the breakfasts, served at the tables, other than that they are more than perfect. As for the catering, it was a real festival of refined and tasty dishes. A big congratulations to the Bourguignon family and their collaborators for their attention, their kindness and their professionalism. A stay that undeniably leaves us with a taste of “coming back”!!!

Our 2nd stay. Perfect welcome. The rooms are very quiet with a window opening onto the terrace. You can sleep with the window open without any problem. Coffee and tea maker in the rooms. Very nice and large swimming pool. The complimentary bottle of water upon departure is very appreciated. A repeat without hesitation. Thank you again for this delicious moment
