Huilo Huilo Montana Magica

I arrived with many expectations which were exceeded. The friendliness of the staff, the details everything made it seem like a fairy tale. It was definitely a stay of rest and activity.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The architecture of the hotel very nice, but the food in the restaurant was a bit bland. At the time of booking the hotel, at no time was it indicated to us that the use of the spa should also be reserved in advance. It could only be used once as the other two days were taken.

We stayed one night at Montaña Magica on June 14, the attention from the first moment was wonderful, all the staff very attentive, friendly, careful with details. The whole complex is beautiful and each place is very well thought out, decorated and well heated. We spent the night to celebrate our marriage (newlyweds) the team found out **** of this gave us a special experience to enjoy our stay to the fullest

It was a horrible experience, the administrator was terrible, without giving solutions and with pure problems, they left us without a room a day before we had to solve everything, really horrible attention.

Nice hotel, really magical, but you can't appreciate it from the outside as they offer, walkways and viewpoints in poor condition, for the price it should include an approach to the different portals that exist

I was very excited about the hotel, while it is beautiful both inside and out and the staff is very friendly, it is far from a relaxing experience. The loud noise of the air conditioning which cannot be turned off, was a nightmare, as it rang in my ears and killed any feeling of relaxation, at 2AM I still couldn't sleep and I called reception to discuss the case, they informed me that That noise is normal and they offered me some earplugs. In addition, you can hear everything from the rooms, very poorly soundproofed. Luckily I only went for one night. I cannot recommend it nor would I stay in this hotel again, for the cost it has, a minimum of conditions is expected.

Terrible, it was our 2nd visit to Huilo Huilo as a couple with my husband Carlos Valdes, we went to the "magical" mountain not to save money, but because I wanted to meet her, since we only met Nothafagus, visited in 2017 also in June. To begin with, room with poor heating, in the bathroom the heating did not work, and our visit was in winter so it was very necessary..disgusting stained mattress, as well as curtains, no sheets, only mattress cover and down, towels of low and terrible quality, tiny room and bed that for someone a little taller than us would have been insufferable, we tried to change the first day when we saw all this and there was only an alternative in Italian suite in hotel kingdom fuingi but at double the value What a tragic mountain... Terrible experience, I would not recommend anyone staying there, it shows 0 maintenance and abandonment compared to the rest of the hotel complex. 0 privacy, you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, even when people go up the stairs, in short, it is the most neglected and forgotten part of the huilo huilo complex. We were from June 23 to 25... room 3006 The only thing to highlight is the full board that we canceled and all the meals were of a high level and with excellent attention from the staff that works there, it is the only salvageable thing. But that does not make it a good experience and it shows from our 2017 visit to now the same poor maintenance of the entire complex. The pool with a temperature not exceeding 23 degrees, dirty, without lifeguards, with lousy towels and totally deficient heating, as well as in changing rooms and corridors to reach it... something that 2017 was very different. Debo decir que el lugar es mágico por sí mismo , es estar con seres mágicos aves naturaleza es perfecto para las personas que buscan experiencias fuera de lo normal , en cuanto al hotel por fuera es muy hermosos por dentro las habitaciones son pequeñas pero acogedoras montaña , el buffet del desayuno tenía más expectativas, como es una zona sur pensaba encontrar cosas más típicas pero es como todos los buffet que visito en Santiago creo que lo único diferente fue unos calzones rotos , pero en mi opinión deberían tener pan amasado sopaipillas postres chilenos , es lo que buscan los extranjeros o santiaguinos que vamos al sur , los jabones y sha***o exquisito, incluso las aguas de cortesía , volvería a ir sin duda el aroma del lugar es mágico
