Aloha Hostel

When we arrived check in was good. We were shown around and given lots of information. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and had curtains for privacy! The toilets and showers were just down the hall and were very clean. The kitchen was good and had a microwave, hob and kettle. There was a lounge area beside the kitchen which was very nice. There was also an outdoor terrace which was lovely. The location was great as it was near shops and most places we wanted to see. The staff were a bit strange at times as they would come into the room and open the windows when they were checking people in which was a bit strange. There was also a time quite early in the morning when they came in and opened the curtains which was inconvenient. Apart from this I had a great stay so would definitely recommend to other travellers!

It was a nice stay. Easy late check in available. Nice building, vending machine, enough bathrooms, easy stay. Only negatives was it was a little loud at night outside, and sometimes the door to the kitchen/sitting area was locked in the middle of the day.

I sent 3 emails to Aloha confirming my arrival and when I arrived they said I no longer had a reservation, that it had been cancelled. I showed my ********** itinerary number and reservation information in the app but they still said my reservation had been cancelled. Fortunately they had 1 empty room and were able to accommodate me. They never replied to my confirmation emails.

I spent two nights at the Aloha Hostel and I definitely recommend this place. Pamplona was where I would begin the Camino de Santiago and the Aloha Hostel was a great place to stay at before the hard work began. I stayed in a private room on the third floor. Room 6 in the 3A portion, which was clean and extremely spacious. I shared the bathroom with only 2 other rooms, which was great. There was a TV and an armoire to store my clothes. With three beds, I figure this one is often used as a family room. And for 36 euro a night, it was a bargain. There is a small kitchen and a common room, as well as an outside terrace where you can hang out. Wifi worked well throughout the hostel. It's only a short walk to the old town and everything you need is within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast is basic, but it does the job. Definitely a comfortable and welcoming stop on the Camino!

The good -- location close to the city center. The bad - couldn't adjust the temperature in the room.

We really liked this place. Super friendly staff and very nice room. Did our laundry(wash and dry) only 5 euro. Great location. Love Pamplona.
